" that's because Sam isn't in control right now. This is her first phase but when ever she phases the wolf will take over until she learns how to control it , she is really dangerous in this form so I would suggest keeping her in these chains until she forms back " Weiss said and sighed . Sam bared her teeth as she bucked trying to get out of the chains
