Waterleaf smiled and placed the burdock root separate from the other piles. "Good job!" she said, turning back to Dapplepaw. "Last question, what does horsetail look like and what do we use them for?"
This was a trick question, Waterleaf hadn't taught Dapplepaw about horsetail yet. She doubted Dapplepaw would get it right.

Waterleaf smiled sweetly and said, "Don't worry, I didn't expect you to know. Horsetail is a tall plant with a bristly stem," She pushed a plant like that toward Dapplepaw, "Its used for healing infected wounds, and when its chewed, it can be used as a poultice."

When Dapplepaw was done, she asked Waterleaf "What should I do now?" Dapplepaw liked helping her mentor a lot, and was wondering if Waterleaf was done with everything or not.
