Willowrose lead her apprentice to the river. Once they got to their destination she turned to Greenpaw. "I want to warn you that the ice has become very thin, so I'd advice you to stay off the ice.", she meowed. After she was done saying that she walked over to a patch of the river where there was no ice.

His eyes widened in surprise, and then he curled his lip in disgust and shook his head. "You've got to be kidding me. Why ask to go and then sit around doing nothing? It's a waste of time - both theirs and yours." Were cats really this lazy? He could understand if they were tired and taking an occasional break, like he had, but from what Thistlestep was saying it sounded as if they had been putting in absolutely zero effort the entire time. Thistlestep wasn't sure why Goosepaw hadn't noticed. Were the others as blind as him? He knew apprentices generally were oblivious but this felt like it was taking it to the next level..

It wasn't like Thistlestep had rushed the training sessions. He had given the participants plenty of time to practice and only a few even attempted it. That was why he ended it, and now he had to figure out how to make this work. "What can you do."

He wasn't too interested in more small talk, and there was some relief when the camp entrance came into sight. "Well, there you go. You've been successfully walked back to camp."

Goosepaw stared ahead, walking in silence for a few moments. Then, "If you ever set up another one of these training sessions, maybe don't let them participate. They didn't want to try this time; why should next time be any different?" Yikes, he hoped that hadn't seemed like a demand more than a suggestion. Thistlestep didn't seem like the type of cat to take kindly to being bossed around.
As they neared the camp's entrance, Goosepaw felt a bit of relief wash over him. Walking with Thistlestep wasn't scary, per se, just... tense. Goosepaw felt that if he said the wrong thing, the conversation could quickly take an angry turn. He glanced at Thistlestep out of the corner of his eye. "Thank you. I'm sorry to waste your time like this. But I appreciate you walking me back."

Bluepaw was coming back from her disappearance, the blue-gray molly's ears pricked at a rustling in the reeds. She turned to face it and cocked her head to the side. She yowled in surprise as she was attacked, she swiped missing and was pinned by her attacker, she yowled even louder as she clawed. Bluepaw managed to strike her attackers gray nose, but only a few moments lasted as her eyes rolled to the back of her head and her breathing slowed, choking on her on blood, all you could her was faint gurgling.

The tom slid through the reeds after his victim, his long blood stained claws slid out, his light blue eyes blank showing no emotion. Lucky sprinted out of his hiding and attacked. He pinned the apprentice and clawed at her, blood spattering. He yowled in anger as his nose was clawed, in return he slit her throat and continued his clawing. Once he was done, the tom simply dashed off, stopping to look back at the horrifying scene once, then he left for good. {Open to come across Bluepaw's body}

It didn't take Thistlestep long to come across the corpse of the outsider, and he looked at it with disinterest before he began to push it, rolling the bloodied body until it was tumbling downhill, rolling out of the boundaries of RiverClan territory and out of sight.

Some coyotes could clean it up, he figured as he padded off to clean the blood off his paws. Or birds. He didn't care, it wasn't one of his Clan-mates. It was stupid rogues had to kill each other on their land, though-- he'd bring that up to Lionstar.

Sun high beyond the trees and the scenic light blue-toned mountains, a warm breeze ruffled through her long, whisky multi grey muddled ginger and brown fur. Her wide yellow eyes looked down every few paw steps to make sure Foxkit followed close to her and constantly watched out for any danger more than usual. "Haa~!" breathing in the cool, fragranced air. "This is truly spring leaf! You can tell by the wind shift..all warm n' nice and the flowers are bloomin'. Makes the air smell so sweet and alluring." Sugarapple trekked not too far from camp, making her way in a small clearing surrounded by trees and reeds. They weren't far from the river as it trickled quietly in the background. "Let's do some' stretches, hm?" she purred. The diluted tortie queen started by leaning down, stretching out her front paws with back sloped down rising up to her hips.
