She purred, "I love those names. What about the little white tom with grey paws? He needs a name. I was thinking of something associated with winter like frost? Frostkit, I like that." she said, giving her mate a small lick on the cheek.

the she-cat finished suckling and smelled the air for her siblings. They all seemed to be eating so she huffed and crawled to the cat scent that wasn't her siblings or mother and decided it was her father. She curled up beside him and fell asleep.

She picked up and moved Darkkit to the end of the group of kits and watched over them.

((Sorry for the extremely late reply!))

It took a while for the she-kit to realize she was being talked to. She turned around and quickly mustered a smile at the other kit. "Uh, nothing! I- I miss mom, that's all." While that wasn't her top priority right now, Briarkit wasn't entirely lying. She did, in fact, miss her mom a lot, but she knew she wasn't going to see her again... at least not in life.
