Palepaw blinked bleerily at her Clanmate, the newly named Nightleap.
"Congrats Nightleap," she mumbles, bored, disappointed.
More than a little hurt that a much younger apprentice was being named a warrior. That this apprentice's mentor had apparantly stuck around long enough to get her there. She scoffed at herself and looked away, suddenly wanting this meeting over with so she could sulk.

Wolfsong lashed her tail as she lifted her muzzle to the sky. "Nightleap! Nightleap!" She called in her singsong voice, bright and clear through the air.
Moonfrost stood and waved her tail in support, mouthing the name.
As the call died down the sisters looked at each other, excitement sparkling in their eyes.
"I hope we get apprentices some moon. We can train them together, just like we trained together," Wolfsong mused. Moonfrost headbutted her shoulder affectionately, a hoarse purr attempting to rumble from her throat.

Starlingflight

"Nightleap!" Starlingflight cried out, purring as the warrior swore her oath and earned her name. It was a good day in RiverClan...but Starlingflight knew there was more to this meeting.

Fireflower

Fireflower laughed at Ottersplash's denial. He was so funny sometimes. Did she really think he was a disaster? No, not really. But he was definitely a cat who wasn't afraid to be himself around others. He didn't conform to the rough and gruff 'I'm a warrior and I'm better than any other warrior' mindset. Those kind of cats made her want to slap them across the cheek. Wanna know the best warriors? Queens. Why? Cause they go through kitting, raise the kits, then carry on their warrior lives like champions. Queens, especially Fireflower, were not some soft and pushover types that enjoyed being catered to or disregarded when it came to fighting or hunting. Having kits was the way the Clan lived on. Raising them is the Queens' job. Did that mean they were soft just because they took a break from patrolling and hunting to tend to their little ones? No.

And Fireflower was more than capable of showing how not soft she was just because she had moved to the nursery last moon.

Her attention turned to the new warrior, and she purred loudly as she called the new warrior by name. "Nightleap! Nightleap!" She yowled, her voice ringing out over the clearing.

Rosepaw shouted Nightleap! Nightleap! Beechkit attempted to cheer Nightleap's new name but nothing came out of the mute kit's mouth.

”Nightleap! Nightleap! Nightleap!” Jaynose called out the name of the brand new warrior. She loved these kinds of ceremonies. It was great to celebrate hard work coming to fruition.

"Nightleap, Nightleap!" Brambleheart cheered. He was glad that the Clan had another warrior.

Snakeheart knew he was late listen he was a busy and had things he needed to do, his duties didnt wait just because Kestrelstar had things to announce (things he already was vaguely aware of too boot). He had plans to set in motion and thats just what he was doing so when he slipped back into the clearing very late for a meeting and dripping with water he explained nothing, simple sitting down and watching eyes grim as he looked up at the leader on the stone.

The queen noticed some cats she had never seen before in RiverClan. Making up her mind, she padded over. "Hello. I'm Fernstream, one of RiverClan's queens. How about you?" she asked the two cats politely.

Ace looked up, eyes widening momentarily. A-Ace, and this is June. Nice to meet y-you.

Nightleap! Frostfeather chanted in union with her clanmates

Wolfsong nudged Moonfrost and pointed with her tail. "Let's go sit with her, maybe she's lonely." Moonfrost flicked an ear in acknowledgement and followed her sister as the silver she-cat padded around to sit next to Frostfeather.

"Hi, I'm Wolfsong, and this is my sister Moonfrost," she whispered as she took a seat next to the lone she-cat. Moonfrost gave Frostfeather a friendly blink and carefully layed down next to the two, listening to the conversation as the meeting continued.

She looked to kestrelstar. “I never thought this day would come, thank you kestrelstar.. you helped me the most. I will strive to keep making you proud. I promise.” She looked to him, and then to her clan mates.
