Deerpaw settled himself a little closer at the invitation, relief flooding through them. Honestly, they were just a little wary of Chirppaw; he seemed nice enough, but of the cats he'd managed to befriend in his clan, not many of them could exactly be described as 'nice.' Maybe one could, but he wasn't sure about the others. "What do you do during your training, then? If you don't talk at all?"

chirppaw could feel the embarrassment run through him. I uh…I try and remember our territory? I have terrible memory and often forget things so…that’s part of my training. Uhm…what else do we do his voice trailed off as he tried to remember just exactly what they did yesterday. Brows furrowing in frustration he grunted in dismay. I can’t remember unfortunately. he mewed. Giving deerpaw a small smile. It’s nice knowing there is at least one kind cat in shadowclan. he chirped happily.

Lillykit timidly approached the other kit, her heart beating fast with both excitement and nervousness. She had noticed the other kit playing by itself and had been watching from a distance for some time. Seeing the opportunity to make a new friend, she slowly walked up to the other kit.

"Hi there," Lillykit meowed softly. "I couldn't help but notice you all by yourself. Would you like to play with me?"

Quietkit took notice of Lilykit by glancing toward her. Quietkit’s emerald green gaze was sharp and observant. “Hello. I’m Quietkit.” she responded before thinking through if she wanted to play with her. “Sure, but what’s your name?” she asked

Deerpaw lit up at that, glad Chirppaw thought of them as kind. He had to agree, though, there weren't many cats in ShadowClan that he knew of that he would describe as 'kind'. "You should meet Snowecho," he said, pride swelling in his chest as he spoke of his friend. "They're a little odd, and often self deprecating, but I think he's very kind."

She scrunched herself down to as small as a crouch would let her. She crawled around, large ears perked for anything. She sniffed around, eyes shut and nose in the air. She scented Lilykit, the kid forgot to make sure the scent wasn’t drifting towards her prey: otherwise they would smell her. Butterflymoon had taught her this. She didn’t say anything, and continued to crawl around
