Alright so the kitten looked like he was tiring a bit and hadnt bitten Mudhound yet. That was good, maybe the warrior could squeak this encounter by without any more 'battle scars'. Latent fear of the fangs of what would eventually be a fearsome fighter for sure, the tripod was actually having fun with this!
No surprise, kits were fun to play with, fully of joy and unburdened by things that dragged the warriors down. They werent too serious, angry, or trying to be 'mature' like the apprentices tended to be just yet and tended to live in the moment. Just like Mudhound! Plus it was a thing of strength to nurture the younger cats, this game as fun as it was was doing that too. So it went without saying that between play growls and declarations of strength from the 'Muddy-beast' the warrior was badly stifling giggling and their tail was wildly wagging the entire time.
Eventually though Plumkit grew tired, and it was time for Mudhound to hand him the 'finishing blow' so to speak. Slightly distracted by their 'cunning' plan the warrior didnt dodge the claw swipes in time, sighing in relief as the small kitten claws didnt manage to penetrate their pelt. They did have a moment of panic though.
"Mwhahahaha! See that Bitestar! I am the Muddy-beast! Your claws cannot hurt me! Only one weapon can and you never find it! Mwahahahaha!"
The maine coon mix took a moment to laugh evilly (read, like an utter dork) before they gasped and pointed melodramatically. It was.... A stick. The chewing stick they saw earlier in fact, just small enough for kittens to grab but big enough to not break easily.
"Nooooooooo! You have it! The special uber cool starclan weapon of awesome leaders! One hit from that weapon wielded by a powerful leader of thunderclan and it'll kill a Muddy-beast like me instantly! Please dont pick it up and poke me with it!"
The wailing was completely false but it was fully dramatic and Mudhound even tucked their fluffy tail under them in mimed fear of the..... Perfectly normal stick. Whatever, with the stick Plumkit should be able to poke them and 'kill' them to win the day without painful biting. Win win!
@Woodlow(No problem, heres your win condition we can wrap this up real quick. Fun interaction though, super cute i enjoyed it!)

FallowReed, DawnShred, HeronSnarl, and RaspberrySplotch were in fact in the clearing.

Ohohohoho. Hehehehe. Violetfreckle couldn't stop giggling to herself as she dragged in her prey haul. And-- well, wouldn't you know it, there were four sitting ducks just waiting to try her catch! It didn't look like they were doing anything, anyway, so Violetfreckle felt no remorse in using them for... entertainment.
"Heyyyy," she purred, tail kinked above her back as she carried in her fresh-kill. The lilac tabby tilted her head to the side as she dropped the meaty creature in front of the four cats. "You guys hungry? I mean, it looks like you've been working sooooo hard. You all deserve a treat." She gestured to the piece of prey with glee. "I hope you guys like it -- it's straight from Cattail Pond, the finest carp there is!" It was so difficult not to laugh right now, but Violetfreckle kept an innocent smile plastered onto her face.

(I am so scared yet so intrigued)
FallowReed looked the the other cats. 'Oh, that's incredibly sweet! Thank you so much!'
RaspberrySplotch smiled, taking a peice of prey 'Yes, Thank you so much. I should go track down the kits'
HeronSnarl and DawnShred looked at eachother, then at she fish, then at VioletFreckle.
DawnShred curled his lip in disgust 'We don't eat slimy fish, that's Riverclans whole deal. You can uh... give these two to someone else..'

Coyotepaw started at his paws while he waited in the clearing for his mentor to show up. His paws shifting back and forth he took a quick glance around the clearing. Great I’m just spitting out in the open… his ears laid flat at the thought of some rando coming over to say hello. Shaking his fur out he laid down instead more or less squishing himself as close to it as possible. Maybe if I’m lucky nobody will notice me…

BADGERSIGHT He/Him | ThunderClan Warrior | 23 moons | @Bezzle no current purrks
---
As Badgersight awoke, stirring from his nest in the pre-lit dawn, eagerness flooded through his pads, a sudden realization that he was a mentor and it was he who was chosen to train the youth of the Clan. An honor casted upon a select few. Immediately, he stood, preparing to leave the Warrior's den for his training session with Coyotepaw, yet as he stepped outside into the camp’s clearing, he couldn't help but be captivated by the enchanting scene outside. The morning light filtered through the dense canopy of leaves above, casting dappled patterns on the floor of the forest. Shafts of golden sunlight broke through the leaves, illuminating the clearing in a gentle, apricot hue.
The soft, warm light bathed the forest in a serene and tranquil atmosphere, as if the very woods themselves were awakening to a new day. Dewdrops that had settled on leaves and grass overnight glistened like scattered diamonds as the sunlight danced upon them. As the minutes passed, the gentle golden light of the rising sun began to dry the morning dew away, leaving a trail of shimmering moisture behind, as if the forest was gradually shedding its nighttime tears. It was perfect, as though the forest had prepared this beauty just for him…
“Coyotepaw!”
Spotting the tomcat not too far away within the open space of the woodland, Badgersight padded to meet him, his tail raising in greeting to the small to-be warrior. Badgersight’s growing pride was on full display as he nodded towards his apprentice, completely blind to the cat’s uncomfortableness. Yet, what did it matter to him? Nerves would dwindle once Coyotepaw got to training and Badgersight was more than willing to get started as soon as possible. First, with a tour.
“Come now, the forest won’t get any younger. Dawn is the perfect time to understand and view your surroundings. Lets not keep it waiting, shall we?”

coyotes head shot up with a startled squeak as he scrambled to his paws. Y-yes sir! he stuttered as he scampered after his mentor. Why does he look so proud to have me as an apprentice? I’m smaller and weaker than most of the other cats for crying out loud. although he had something to say about this coyote remained quiet for a moment longer before asking what part of the territory are we exploring today sir badgersight? he had to take two steps for every one step of his mentor….a great leg workout. Why does he walk so fast. I can barely keep up for crying out loud!
Tigerblush was sheltered on the edge of the camp, with trees casting a shadow deep enough for her to safely hide away in. She didn’t hide often, but sometimes she needed to be in the clearing without feeling so open. Not that her clanmates probably cared; they were all focusing on their own problems, just as Tigerblush was.
She’d missed meetings in the past, and she’d miss more in the future. That wasn’t a problem for her; she learned everything she needed to through gossip and whatnot. However … one of the meetings she just so happened to miss required her presence, and she’d absolutely ruined it! Anguish—it was the only word to describe how she felt as she sighed, her head heavily resting on her paws as she used every ounce of brain power to get out of the mess she had created for herself.
The meeting she was meant to attend would have allowed her to greet her new apprentice—Sprucepaw—and they’d have just carried on with normal mentor-apprentice things. Instead, she’d been running around on patrols and, well, napping? She didn't really have an excuse—not a good one at least. So, now she was sitting here, going over the exact words she would say to him and how she'd smile—all these little details she would surely forget when the time came to enact her plan. It probably wasn’t doing her any good now; really, she’d just been stalling for time, but that only lasted so long. Mentally hyping herself up, she stood with a long stretch and emerged from the shade with her head held high. She was lucky to know where the apprentice was already; it was just a matter of not tripping over her words, or worse, her own paws.
"Sprucepaw, right?" She asked out of politeness, but she’d have to have gone blind to mistake him for anyone else. "I’m Tigerblush—your mentor—we got off to the wrong start, I'm sorry." She laughed sheepishly; the slightest shake to her words that she prayed went unnoticed. Her paws kneaded the ground as she sat with her tail slowly sweeping from side to side. Her eyes were as bright as ever, and a relaxed smile never left her face as she spoke; rather, the only betrayal of negative emotion was the slight furrow of her brows and insistent kneading that was now leaving imprints in the sandy clearing. She would’ve been embarrassed if she hadn’t done it many times before, not to mention she was far more focused on Sprucepaw than herself.

➢ Singesmoke exits the warrior’s den, paw itchy to keep burn busy with something or someone that peaked burn’s interests. Spotted fire was interesting, surly. The cat’s paws are already in motion towards the grey and ginger cat. They had a pretty coat if burn was being honest, it fit their name. The blue eyes complimented the ginger aspects of their fur, it was interesting, how a cat could look so well put together, like their pelt was a puzzle that fit perfectly. Burn finds a place roughly within speaking distance of the other cat, burn’s ears perked as burn awaits a response to burn’s faint greeting, amber eyes filled with a sense that burn couldn’t even describe burnself. Eyes wide as burn waited, pupils faintly round, burn wasn’t upset so burn’s eyes wouldn’t turn to slits just yet. The bobtail sits down, claws digging into the earth as burn just stared at Spottedfire.

SPOTTEDFIRE
he/him/his - 13 moons A calico tom with a white patch up his side and blue/yellow eyes.
@vampire
The calico could definitely be described as a puzzle, in both physical and mental states. Physically, his pattern was detailed and full of interesting quirks, many spots adorning his back and sides where white wasn't covering them. Perfectly fit together, lithe and a little on the taller side, fur longer in a few places than others. Mentally, the phrase also fit, though differently. His mind was a puzzle with half the pieces missing, the reference picture on the back of the box taken by an angry pigeon as nesting material, and he hadn't even started it yet because no one had told him that he was supposed to be doing that.
Currently, he had surprised himself on even kind of knowing where he was for once in his life, after many repetitions of waking up and having been told his surroundings. Today had started off rather nicely, and the tom looked around to see if he could introduce himself to anyone else. Another... cat, nearby? Talking to him? Okay! His long tail curled around his side as he turned to take a few pawsteps nearer the cat. "I'm Spottedfire!
