"Okay," Gentlebloom chriped. Then she stopped and grinned at him. "Race you!" she squealed, knowing she looked like a kit but not caring. She pounded forward as fast as her plump body could carry her, knowing she wasn't much of a runner but not caring as long as she was with him. She felt a sort of...ease with him. Like she could do whatever she wanted without thinking or worrying about what he might think about her. She could already feel his hot breath on her rump. She kept sprinting forward, faster and more excited than before. What a great day this was turning out to be.

Soundless paws walked as the odd little kit made his way happily to the prey pile. The little tom wasn't hungry oh nonono. Spiralkit had found a weird fascination with the pile of dead animals. Though the tom didn't take from it unless he was hungry. Today though was different. There was a horrible stench coming from the pile one that made Spiralkit scrunch up his nose. Hmm. A white paw reached over and pulled a rotting mouse from the pile.

 

Spiralkit watched as little bugs crawled all over the mouse. The horrible discoloration of it. Spiralkit didn't put the thing in his mouth but dragged it away with his from the pile to a spot in the corner of the clearing. The limbs looked like they would fall off at any second. Spiralkit moved it onto its back seeing how the bugs found a meal of the poor thing.

"Hmmm,,"

Spiralkit hummed as he continued to watch in his own little world.

Slowly and carefully Hiddenkit approached the little kit, who she was pretty sure was called Spiralkit. She crept forward stealthily, planning to leap onto him and pin him down. She stopped suddenly, seeing the kit place a rotten mouse onto his back. "Ewwwww," she said, disgusted, loud enough to catch the attention of the white kit.

Gentlebloom was having the time of her life. Giggling, she put on an extra burst of speed, enough to put a good amount of distance between her and Darkwhisker. When she knew he wasn't looking, she hid behind a thick tree, waiting for him to come so she could jump out and leap at him.

"starclan wanted me...yet you refused me!"

Lostpaw padded from the apprentice den. her long tail dragged behind her. she walked with grace and held her head high, she still could not believe she was a apprentice now. she looked around the clearing and spotted Spiralkit...was that his name? messing with a dead mouse, lostpaw covered her nose with her paw "oh gross-" she mumbled, the smell was bad- "oh...pardon me" she spoke to the kitten that was looking at the rotting mouse.

Gentlebloom heard Darkwhisker approach. Trying to hold in her laugh, she crept to the edge of the tree. She snuck a peek. There he was, oblivious, walking cautiously through the trees. She waited until the perfect moment, then struck. She leaped out, straight for him, and let out a ferocious yowl, loud enough to scare all the prey in all four clans as she attempted to land on him.
