Nightpaw pricked her ears. "Are you up for it?" She definitely wanted to go to the border, but she wanted to make sure that Spidercrawl to released by the medicine cat.
"Of course," Spidercrawl said with a smile, gingerly getting up. "Though I won't be able to go very fast, I'll do my best to show you the basics of border patrol."

"Great!" Suddenly feeling energized, Nightpaw retreated and stood outside the den as Spidercrawl exited the den and then padded toward the entrance.

Spidercrawl laughed as he watched his apprentice get excited and slowly followed out, his injury becoming a dull pain the more he moved. "Careful. Try not to over exert yourself..."
The gash in Buckstar's shoulder was still bleeding. His fur was spiked and sticky with blood, and when he reached up to hook his claws into the trunk of the Thunderwillow, pain arced through his shoulder and he hissed through gritted teeth. Yeah, no, climbing wasn't going to happen. Ground meeting it was.
He turned back to face the bloodied clearing, bile rising in his throat at the sight of several bodies scattered throughout. His gaze caught on the mangled form of a kit and he forced himself to look away. When he called out, his voice was rough and hoarse and pained.
"ThunderClan, everyone, please gather around. I need to speak with you all."

Linnetwing stayed on the outskirts of the camp. She wasn't going to abandon them when they needed her the most. She wasn't Dusk. She was far better than her. The now three pawed cat settled down and waited for whatever was to be announced.

Coming back only to get Barleypaw into warriorhood, but then I most likely will be leaving entirely. I've spend too much time on her to not have her be a warrior and I'd like to get her there.
Silverclaw looked at Buckstar on the ground and padded over there, her front paw in the air. She sat down a bit farther away than she would normally, just to give Buckstar some space.
Eveningmist padded slowly and unevenly to the thunderwillow, eyes drooping as exhaustion coursed through her. Her steps held a slight limp to them as the still flowing gash on her shoulder ached whenever she put too much weight on that side. Sighing quietly, she went to stand beside to the leader at the base of the thunderwillow, offering him her uninjured shoulder for support if he needed it. ¨How are you faring?¨ she quietly murmured to him, gazing down with concern in her light blue gaze
Tinypaw was one of first cats there, bouncing with a light cheerfulness in his step. He quickly assumed position, sitting at the base - or not quite - of the Thunderwillow. The tom's pale green eyes were sparkling with excitement at the prospect of the first meeting where he was officially an apprentice(instead of becoming one right smack dab in the middle).
