Blueberrykit felt kind of bad for the apprentice as she climbed onto the apprentice’s back. She’d get off if she thought the apprentice was getting tired out. She could force herself to keep walking if needed. But right now riding on an apprentice’s back seemed easier. She’d walk in a little bit,” Let me know if you get too tired and I’ll walk the rest of the way.” she meowed.

"Ok," Nightpaw meowed, beginning the pad steadily back to camp. The kit was already heavy. It was about time for her to become an apprentice. Nightpaw gingerly navigated her way around some bramble bushes.

Blueberrykit hung on forcing herself not to nap on the apprentice’s back. She kept blinking to keep herself awake for however long it took til the apprentice tired out then she’d force herself to walk or she’d reach camp able to curl up in the nursery and nap.
