Darkpaw smiled at this new friend, "I'm Darkpaw! Do you wanna go hunting or something fun? Maybe we could go bug the warriors!" She giggled with joy, gosh, this new friend was amazing! She was so happy! Just like herself. She would be one of her bestest friends ever!

Snowpaw jumped up and down a couple times, “YES YES YES!!! What should we do first?!” she asked as she looked around. So many possibilities! She felt so excited she could burst. OH MY STARCLAN YESSSSSS!!!

The apprentice marveled at Snowpaw's enthusiasm, wow! She was so peppy! Her grin got wider, for Snowpaw was more enthusiastic than Darkpaw. "Let's go bug the warriors! Haha!" Her grin turned devilish, for the first time practically ever. But, she felt so happy with this friend! Snowpaw totally understood her!

Snowpaw giggles a bit before grinning, “I say we find a sleeping one and jump on them!” she said before ducking low to the ground. This was so soooo fun!!! Oh my stars!!!!!!

Darkpaw nodded with excitement, finally, she could get into some trouble! Sky seemed to be supporting this, though Star was silent as he usually was. Yet, the other.. nameless voices were silent as well. Which was odd. But whatever! She was going to have some fun!

Failpaw

The molly headed over to the warrior when her name was called, silent. "Such a horrid day we'll all have with you here" she snarled at Shrikepaw, expressionless. A few moments later, she smiled, remebering when she whacked the kit as hard as she could, sending him flying. What fun times. The next instant, all emotions had been drained from sight, gaze blank.

“Aww Failpaw and to think I was so happy to see you here. Say had any nice mice recently? Still I wouldn’t thought you were so desperate for interaction that you’d provoke me into berating you but if you’re that horribly lonely and aching for someone anyone to talk to I’m happy to oblige you, you horrid wreck. Your pride must be in shambles made to practice with cats so much your younger, then again I guess it must also be nice to interact with cats near (but still greater) your caliber. And for a wonderful spot of nostalgia for when you actually had a name worth mentioning, you get me to hang around with, tell me are you reminiscing for the better times?” The last part could almost be taken as friendly if you didn’t know what the better times were, a solid week of shrikekit (at the time) harassing thornpaw and picking apart her losses until she snapped. At the time after she’d backpawed him across the clearing he’d thought she had potential if she could get over her emotional issues but now? Now he thought not.

The molly only narrowed her eyes after the tom finished speaking, quiet for a few moments. Mice? Well I've ate barely nothing for the past couple of moons, working my ass off to get better while I was cast into isolation, and mind you it was such a lovely time. Dear Dawnstar didn't realize it had no negative effect on me" Failpaw spoke in an even tone, amusment sparkling faintly in her copper eyes. "No, I'm not lonely and longing for conversations. The only reason I am here is to improve, and that is it. My pride has not been affected, as I don't give a damn that I'm practicing with young cats like you who are barely less experienced than me" the molly paused here, amusement growing stronger. " So now I have a name worth mentioning? Perhaps, but you don't have a name fit for you. You should of been named something as suiting as mine, like Mistakepaw, perhaps" the former warrior purred, eyes now flooded with joy and amusement. Oh how fun it was to talk to Shrikey again.

Well damn the shadows maybe he was right the first time that was ruthless! A wide grin stretched across his muzzle and with it he was almost attractive, looks turning from ragged to roguish (a holdover from his rogue father he wasn't even aware of perhaps) as he moved into the light to respond, completely forgetting about the rest of the group.

"Ive no doubt Dawnstar didnt care, though I swear wasnt your little punishment supposed to end ages ago? Did our leader decide to extend it because it was obviously doing you such wonders? How kind of her." As much as the tone had been full of sarcasm far as Shrikepaw could tell it was doing her wonders. Last he'd seen of her she'd been lost in agony over this mentor she didnt even get to learn from that long or was being demoted in shame, now she was snapping back at Shrike at his cruelest. His tail flicked pleased as he cocked his head at her to snark "Well thats the sound of a lie if Ive ever heard one everyones seen you sulking around looking longingly at actual interaction by now and the fact that your admitting that youre on equal standing to a group that were kits when you were an apprentice is just sad. Though you have a point, cant care about pride if youve never had any. And you misheard me you had a name worth mentioning and now its Failpaw, which isnt and if 'Mistakepaw' is the best you can come up with Im going to laugh. I can easily name you five better names; Apprentice-failer, Sadsack, Target practice, pathetic wreck, weak!" He panted for a second from his loud rant, unused to the volume before his eyes flashed with bloodthirst and he softly whispered "Oh I am going to rip you to shreds." (Was he purring while he spoke? How long? Wh- you know what doesnt matter he was choking that down now.)
