Citrusflower woke up in Starclan territory after only being dead for five minutes. For the first time in forever she was able to see. Her scars weren't there no more. This is what starclan wanted her to look like. The molly glanced around the clearing, feeling all alone. Well that was until a cat she knew padded up to her. Citrusflower let out a yowl and ran over to him.

Crowtail had watched from here his former mate perish from smoke inhalation. He felt sorry for those she had left behind, but she was able to be with him again. Although he they would be just friends, seeing that she would wait for Whiskernose. "Welcome to Starclan my sweet Citrusflower." , he meowed.

Something was not right.

Between the battle raging below and the war crimes against the kits in the Waterbarn, Peachfuzz was displeased as he padded through the tranquil forest.

A life had been wrongfully stolen tonight, and he was here to set things straight.

"Citrusflower," he greeted his former Clan-mate with manufactured warmth as he approached, each step a purposeful stride. He was composed with his head held high, a gleam to his eyes.

"Darling, what are you doing here? You belong back with the kits below." The only reason why he liked her: she was one of the few straight permanent queens in the Clan. ShadowClan needed more cats like her.. if only she could set them right as well.

Citrusflower moved away from Crowtail as she heard a voice. She didn't know this cat, but they seemed to be speaking to her. Well she might have heard this cat before, but never seen or smelled him.

"There was a fire and I couldn't get out in enough time. By the time I had breathed in too much smoke. I made sure Oakkit and Sunkit got out alive.", she meowed. The queen didn't want to leave them behind. She loved all the kits dearly even if they weren't her adopted kits.

Citrusflower looked at him. "They mean so much to me and I'd do anything to save them. They have a future.", she added.

[BEAR.]

There was a mild amusement in Peachfuzz observing her, how she did not seem to recognize her own kin. They had existed together once as Clan-mates, but it seems the few moons since his death had tarnished her memory.

Well, would he not make this memorable?

"I have a proposition for you, little cousin." Maybe that would ring a bell? They shared blood through Wolverine the traitor; Peachfuzz's uncle. "I cannot bear the thought of those poor kittens going without a true queen to keep them safe and cared for. It is growing rarer each day to see she-cats take up the mantle of a permanent queen.. it is a position that is underappreciated.

"I can restore you to life. The Stars Themselves have blessed me with that power as their Prophet, but I ask you to do one thing. Are you willing to hear me out?"

Citrusflower had heard the name before and now she remembered seeing him a couple of times before her accident. She listened to him closely as he said he could restore her. The molly would do anything to go back to her clan and family.

"i'm willing to listen to you if you can ring me back. They need me. The whole clan does.", she agreed.

[BEAR.]

"Perfect."

It was very simple.. because Peachfuzz had limited voice here, because ShadowClan chose to be one with the Sinners, he wanted Citrusflower to do one thing. And she would not leave her comfort zone to do it, either. "All I would like for you to do.. is keep doing what you are doing. Be a role model to the young she-cats of your Clan: you are the perfect example of an ideal Clan-mate beyond the," he loosely waved his paw, "tolerance you force yourself through."

He took a step toward her, head tipped slightly to a side. "What do you say?"

Dewkit woke up with a start. Where was she? Where was Crowskip? Where was spiderkit? Or aspenkit? Or vulturekit? Where was shadowclan? She was confused, oh so confused. The last thing she remembered was pain, the burning wood pinning her to the ground as it burned her alive. She shuddered as she recalled the pain, but she knew the pain was all gone. In fact, there was no evidence of her even being hurt in the first place. She took a second to look around for a bit. Everything looked like it was made of stars, and everything was gorgeous. Wait, was she in starclan? Oh, no no no no. She wasn't supposed to be here! She had to be back with Crowskip! How was she going to protect her siblings when she was dead? She let out a small sob, "I need to go back! I gotta go back!" she cried out in desperation. What was she supposed to do?

Citrusflower nodded. Of course she would do that. She loved being a queen and she loved Whiskernose. She loved her biological and adopted kits. "I'll continue what I'm doing.", she meowed. The queen stood straight up and showed how much she would try.

[BEAR.]

That was easy. Peachfuzz wished there was a way he could Fix her, but he knew it would fall upon deaf ears.

Times had changed.. ShadowClan was the devil's Clan.

"Then by the power granted to me, I revoke your status as a StarClan cat." He reached to touch his nose to her forehead, a flash of light illuminating between them.

"Open your eyes, Citrusflower.. when you awake, you will be back with the others. Oh, and send that boy of mine my regards. I am sure he will appreciate that." A reminder of his failures.

Ashkit looked around. Was this StarClan? It had to be. She was startled when she realized was standing on all her paws; her sprain must have healed. But she couldn't help feeling hurt as her Clan was chased off their territory.
