Dawnblossom smiled. "That was a great catch!" She went up to Ashcloud, nuzzling his face as she took her place beside him. "I never knew you were so good at hunting..."

ashcloud chuckled a bit, "I have my flaws." he smiled with a small purr when she nuzzled him. @Jane

"Everybody does, it's just part of life..." she spoke calmly, but soon had a question on her mind. "Oh yeah, uh... you seemed a bit distracted during that last catch..." She gazed into Ashcloud's eyes, wondering what he could be thinking right now. Shaking the thought from her mind, she carried on. "Am I bothering you? I don't want to make you uncomfortable or anything..."

ashcloud perked up and gave a calm loving look, "no, of course not your just a bit distracting..." he hoped he didn't sound rude, and yet he found himself starring at dawnblossom again with narrowed and naturally charming eyes. he caught himself leaning closer to dawnblossom and he back up with a nervous cough, "we should continue hunting." he tried to change the subject as he buried the robin. @Jane

Dawnblossom was distracted by his gaze, she had never really noticed how charming the tom was. She half-listened to his answer, only shot back into reality as Ashcloud moved back. "R-Right! I can try and catch the next thing we see." She shuffled in embarassment at her own emotions.

he started trotting away to find more prey, but looked back and gave a sweet smile before disappearing into a few shrubs. he wasn't far, but he was already on the hunt for another mouse he heard shuffling around in some bracken. he hand managed the kill and decided it might be time to head back. @Jane

Dawnblossom had caught a mouse in the time he had been away, she smiled as Ashcloud came back with yet another fresh-kill. "We caught so many things today, the clan will eat well!" She brushed up against him and began to walk alongside him. After a bit of time, she followed up in a more casual tone. "You know, I had a good time today. Thank you for coming out here with me."

ashcloud bit down harder into the mouse and robin he was holding in his jaws, he tried not to blush at all sense he had never fallen in love and he wasn't sure what he was feeling, "im glad! he said through a mouthful of fur, he couldn't help it, but he twirled his tail around her tail for a brief second @Jane

Dawnblossom blushed at the sudden actions of the tom. She quickly hid her face, being confused as to what this could all mean. This whole trip has felt... strange. Ashcloud had seemed distracted by me the whole time. Could he be interested in me? Am I interested in him? I just don't know... She stared at him as they continued to walk, her mind racing with more thoughts of love. She tried her best to get it out of her head, but she couldn't.
