Alex whips around any hugs him tightly, “I love you to snake boy. And don’t let anyone tell you differently.” She said referring to the voices.

Jaran smiles and the tears spill, but they're happy tears now. Jaran sobs into Alex's shoulder, he's so happy now. The voices are shut up now, knowing they can't do much right now.
