Featherpaw went to look for junipersong and nods looking around not able to find them yet hoping she does soon.

'Wavepaw... They actually didn't mind the new name. The gray and white apprentice puffed his chest up, they shot Maplepaw a smile before looking around for their mentor.

Graypaw smiled widely at the apprentice calling their names out after Kestrelstar was done speaking "Maplepaw! Hawkpaw! Irispaw! Wavepaw!" he purred loudly, relieved Wavepaw would not for sure not have any more power over him.

Eveningpaw heard his brother's name get called and glanced around, wondering if he could see him, he knew what it was like to be reassigned.

Duckslip heard their name and dragged themself out of the warrior's den. The exhausted munchkin warrior made their way over to touch noses with their new apprentice. That's cool, two apprentices now. They thought, looking around in search of Whitepaw.

Finpaw looked towards Eveningpaw, what was he looking for? the ginger tom wondered, tilting his head.

Codpaw, somewhat distracted, called out the new apprentices' names with the rest of the clan. He wasn't sure what there was to be so congratulatory over but it was tradition.

When his name was mentioned by Kestrelstar, Codpaw's attention piqued. He definitely wasn't ready to become a warrior. Surely Kestrelstar hadn't found out about his explorations, not to call him out in front of a gathering. He suddenly wished he'd been paying more attention. Reassigned? Codpaw's body tongled with relief. Palehound. So Hailfreeze actually left then, it's not just me they're avoiding afterall.

While he understood that he likely wouldn't have as much free time to do whatever he wanted under Palehound anymore, he did feel a certain excitement at maybe finally getting to experience what it truly is like to be an apprentice with a real mentor. Codpaw stood and padded towards Palehound. Smiling broadly, he chirped, "Hi! Guess you're stuck with me now!"

rainingpaw watched as the new apprentices got their mentors and looked up when she heard her name being said for a new mentor and looked around to see who they were.

FirePebble perked up a bit nervous and a bit nervous but proud of himself to be able to mentor a apprentice and show them what they know. He nods at his with a smile on his face excited to meet the apprentice he was given to watch over and teach

Mentor number four, at this point, she wanted to stop counting, it was getting out of hand, but whatever, surely by leafbare, she'd be a warrior with a glorious white pelt to blend in with the snow. As she headed over to Duckslip, she, unfortunately, thought up of a sassy comment, part of her wanted to bring up how they seemed...shorter than her, or anyone else, but pushed it aside, the sass would not be for jokes.

"Alright, listen, I am assuming you are Duckslip, I want to make one thing clear, I want to get my training done, and I want it done soon, I'm not sure if you know this, but I'm one of the older apprentices, so maybe actually be a good mentor unlike my past three."

Rude and sassy? Up for debate on the first, most apprentices would respond like her, at least, Whitepaw thought so. Besides, getting four mentors was ridiculous and she was not putting up with it any longer, so what if she had to work her ass off? She'd do that and more now, she was going to hit her goals, and no obstactle, cat or object, would stop her.

"I... I'll do my best" They said, flashing a nervous smile. They weren't a bad mentor, at least they didn't think they were. They so far only had trained Hazelpaw and she wasn't a warrior yet even. Duckslip swallowed before clearing their throat "We can start as soon as you'd like" They said looking up at Whitepaw. They weren't surprised she was bigger, most cats in Riverclan were.

Palehound calls the names of the new apprentices with her clanmates, only half paying attention. She returns to the world around her when she hears her name called, barely catching that Kestrelstar was giving her an apprentice.
She looks around for an apprentice that looked to be approaching her. Her chest puffed in pride at being entrusted to finish an apprentices training. She'd already been trying to help along a few other apprentices by teaching them whatever requirements they were still missing, so to have her own apprentice was.... a different sort of satisfaction.
She turns to Codpaw as he approaches her, head cocking at his way on introduction.
Her lips twitched into a reluctant smile.
"I suppose I am, but in turn you are stuck with me as well."

The newly made apprentice looked at her mother for anything. Was she proud she actually was able to become an apprentice? If she hadn't of been resurrected she wouldn't be here right now. Hawkpaw looked away to see a cat walk over to her. Oh this must be her mentor. "Hello. You must be Lotusheart. I'm looking forward to training. What we gonna do first?", Hawkpaw asked.

wheathen had barely entered camp in time to hear that she was gaining an apprentice. petuniapaw was the the cats name, if she heard correctly. petuniapaw, petuniapaw - oh, there she was!

the large molly pranced on over to white molly. "howdy there, petuniapaw! guess 'm your new mentor, huh?" she meowed in a southern drawl, grinning at petuniapaw. "what'cha know so far, darlin'?" she asked, plopping down.

lurking near the warriors den, mistfreeze sighed to himself. everything seemed very boring so far this meeting. new apprentices, that sure was exciting – not like it happened every other meeting. glancing up at the sky with disinterest, his ear flicked in quiet acknowledgment. today, the sky was nice. he could make out broken clouds.

his attention only shifted to the meeting once he heard his name, eyes landing on the big blur that was his clanmates. he was getting an apprentice? standing up and slinking over to the streamstone, he squinted trying to find amberpaw – who, honestly, he barely even knew. curse his bad eyesight.

eventually he just settled on walking over to a grey cat, and he sat down. if this wasn't amberpaw, oh well.
