"Become a rouge, be your own cat, choose your own destiny. Your life will be awful either way but at least you'll be your own cat," He scrunched up his snout at the thought of being stuck in a clan of loud brats and nosey cats for the rest of their lives; his own fate, of course. He'd hardly get far on his own... and loneliness was always a fear that lingered over him like an impending doom.

Lightpaw had thought about it many times. And threatened others with it. But then who would pay him attention? he'd also miss Smokekit, his sibling, though he wouldn't admit it.
"Too much work and running and such. Why're you here?" she asked lazily.

Tidekit looked around wildly then stepped back until her tail touched the den walls. She then looked around again, seeing noone was paying attention to her, and found it as an opportunity.

She stalked, like she saw the warriors doing when she snuck out of the nursery other times, and stalked out of the nursery.

Linnetwing wasn't sure if she wanted to eat anymore, but he was right. She needed her strength. The molly nodded in agreement. "Alright.", she meowed. She took her half and ate it. Her stomach ached, trying t get her to stop, but she ignored it. Linnetwing thought she was going to be sick, but it soon passed.

Sunstripe attempted a smile, which was just raising one corner of his mouth, and shrugged his shoulders and began eating his half, he wasn't filled at all. No small prey item could do that for him. But this wasn't for him, it was for her. "So, Linnetwing, besides refusing to eat, how are you?" he asked a bit gruffly.

Tidekit scuffled around, sniffing and hiding in different places where she saw ThunderClan warriors. She then looked for the entrance to the Camp, smiling as she found it finally. She went past the dens, hoping the cats in them didn't smell her or were asleep, then found herself right next to the entrance, where she took a long leap from the camp to past the entrance.

Smokekit padded lazily up and sat down, no smiling was needed these two already seemed like the life of the party. "Please don't tell me brother to run away, he may do it. Then we'd have to go and find him." they mewed in a monotone. Idiots, he was surrounded by idiots.

Smokekit was certainly right about the idiot thing as a furious expression shadowed Spiritkits face like a storm of anger and shame. "be-- because-- I'm BLIND!" He croaked out the words, screwing his red eyes shut with a hiss.

The voice of another graced the albino toms ears. He frowned, glancing over to the small figure who joined him. A twitch of his pink nose let him know it was Smokekit. "If your brother is idiotic enough to run away, let the wolves have him," he croaked out, throat rough from swallowing back a lump of emotions.

Spiritkit could hear the whirlwind of voices around him as elders talked and kittens played, as apprentices complained and stories were told. He didn't want to be here but being curled up in an empty nest and crying all day wasn't... too ideal.

His blind eyes were sore from crying. The albino boy moved quietly, curled ears flattening to the top of his head as he sniffled about, whiskers shuffling to smell around the area. His nose bumped into the soft fur of an elder, their scent flooding his senses and becoming stored in his brain of which cat was who.

"Can... you tell me a story?" Spiritkit asked, words shakey as he tried to keep his emotions underwraps.

What did you do during that time?" he asked Lightpaw. then he turned to Spritekit, "You may be blind, but that isn't what defines you. Plenty of blind cats do great as warriors." winning to much, that was the problem here.

The white hackles on Spiritkits back were starting to stand on end as his long featherly tail curled around him protectively. A small hiss was behind his lips, fangs ready to be shown. "Oh please go rip your eyes out and tell me how fun it is to not see anything... I don't even know what I look like. You two are just... Shadowed blobs to me, smudges of colour and defining scents," it came out more poetic than he meant but it was the truth. Besides, the topic of blindness was all a bit too much for him right now.

He shook his head, ears pinned to the top of it. "What was it like outside of camp?" Spiritkit glanced in the direction of Smokekits voice, head tilted at the taller cats.
