She opened her mouth wide, as if she was taken back, then closed it, purring. "Dream all ya want Shadowfire! I would totally ask them out!" Emberpool laughed, still purring. Her fur brushed his as she laughed without her realizing it.

a damaged eye, great. they looked towards their den wall where their herbs were kept. the wall was made of harden mud, cracked and growing moss. inbetween the cracks is where they kept their plants so they were every where along the ground, and keept them from drying out too much by keeping them in a cool place. anyway, their amber hues scanned the wall until a bright yellow flower came into their sight, picking it from the wall. celandine. it was a long stem with small flowers, using the juice in it to trickle into the eye after the thorn was removed. they walked back with the herb in their mouth towards sunray, plopping the herb next to him. "Alright, i want you to sit up and face me. look towards, im going to losen your bottom eyelid to take the thorn out with my teeth, hen trickle this herbs juices into it to prevent the loss of sight. okay?"

Sunray took a deep breath, trying to hide his anxiety. He honestly hated going to the medicine den, especially for major things, because he didn't know the outcome, and if it was major, it would probably end up major. It's okay, you'll be fine, he assured himself in his head. Finally, he did as was told and, albeit hesitantly, sat up and faced her. He seemed like he was bracing himself for the worst to happen, though he was probably overreacting. It wouldn't be as bad as he was thinking, would it?

Stormclaw paced quietly in the nursery, nervous for Vixenlight and the kits. He had been nervous to find out he was going to be a father, and a twenty moons? He was a nervous wreak. Yet he had Vixenlight, and she would sort things out if it got too hectic. "Vixenlight? Are you okay?" He called out softly, hoping she wouldn't slice his ears for asking, for the thousandth time. He flicked the one with the nick in it, rightfully earned from the battle a few moons ago, and his pale yellow eyes narrowed. Anything that harmed these kits have better be ready, because he would come at them, claws extended and teeth bared.

She looked down where their fur met and pulled away awkwardly. "Oh yeah, whoops. Sorry." Emberpool shuffled her paws apologetically.

She nudged him again. "Well, anyways, want to go hunting? I think the fresh-kill pile is getting low." The pile was not getting low, but it could always use some more fresh-kill, and, she wanted to lighten up the mood. Emberpool checked the sky. "I think we have enough time."
