"Is there something i can help you with?"

"Not you." Lucifer replied, not moving his gaze from Kion. "Just the Runt."
"Don't call me that." Kion growled suddenly. "My name's Kion. Use it."
Lucifer's eyebrows shot up. "Excuse me?"
"Did I stutter?" Kion retorted icily.
"Now who the hell do you think you are?" Lucifer spat.
"The new, and improved Kion. But lets just say that, up until now," Kion's eyes suddenly became consumed in red, and the evil smirk grew. "I've been hiding in the shadows."

Lucifer looked bewildered, sliding a step back.
"Yeah go back to Hell, bud." Kion winked at him. His eyes were normal now, completely amber. Then a second later they turned red again. "Trust me, I'll see you there."
Lucifer hissed at him, furious.

Lucifer growled, then smirked at Kion. "I think I see what's going on here."
"Do you?" Kion narrowed his eyes, amused. "I think you're confused that I'm not showing an ounce of fear."
Lucifer conceded. "But it's only because of that Shadow in your soul."
"Is that what you think?"
"That's what I know."
Kion grinned, chuckling. "You're just mad that you can't control me."
"No," Lucifer was only inches away now, almost touching noses with the cub. "This "tough, unafraid" act is just a bunch of baloney." He bared his teeth and snarled, but Kion just laughed.
"Has it occurred to you that maybe I'm not scared?"
"And has it occurred to you that maybe I don't care?"
"That's it - I'm done arguing." Kion shrugged. "You're just a damn idiot."
"What you say doesn't mean a thing." Lucifer shot back, unfazed. "Your divisive behavior just settles it."
"Better than being indecisive I guess," Kion smirked. "Least I know where I stand."
"Do you, because only a month ago you were at my right hand."
"No, no that was Eclipse." Kion corrected. "Trust me, he was the soldier, you've got it all mixed."
"I said jump, you wanted to know how high-"
"The only thing I ever wanted, Lucifer, was to see you die!" Kion sneered.
"Yeah that's why I had you bowing at my paws."
"Well, now I don't have to listen to any of your stupid laws." Kion shrugged, backing away.
"Leaving so soon?"
"Yep." Kion sighed. "It's useless arguing with a goon."
Lucifer growled, baring his teeth. "Well if you think you won't see me again I wouldn't bet on it."
"Well hey, buddy," Kion winked at him again. "I'm kinda counting on it." With that he turned and bounded off.

Scar watched with the utmost enjoyment. He laughed at their battle of the words.
When Kion left, he had a tear in his eye. "Oh man. I'm glad I came back to life for that." He looked at Lucifer. "And witnessed you losing to a cub."

Kion was laughing as he padded back to Mufasa, Simba and Toka. "That was fun."
Mufasa gazed at him. "What was?"
"Roasting the Devil." Kion snickered. "I mean god damn. I'm sure it's hot in Hell but it was nothing compared to the way I just burned him."
Toka blinked in confusion, while Mufasa raised an eyebrow.
