RiverClan Leader's Den

[Madelaine]

Tinykit padded up to Lionstar's den with a couple of soft feathers in his mouth. He struggled to get his body into the den. He got in, landing on his belly. The feathers still clung in his jaws. Bumblebelly never really paid attention to him, so he thought maybe Lionstar would if he brought him a gift. The feathers in his mouth were soft and fresh. He had found them in camp and thought they would be nice for the leader.

Amberkit walked in, looking downtrodden. "Hey, uh, Lionstar, oh, hi. Should I just leave, because"...... She gestured at Tinykit with her tail.

Eh?

Lionstar was confused why this little baby wandered into his den with a bunch of feathers, but he wasn't annoyed by the quiet baby's presence like he normally would be. This one seemed less intrusive.. in his face, asking questions or screaming. He liked that.

"Perk up!" He told the kit, his name evading him as he took some of the feathers from the kitten's mouth. Instead of putting them away or in his nest or.. well, anything else, he began to delicately weave them into Tinykit's fur. "Let's just dress you up, kit, make you look fancy."

At Amberkit's intrusion, he only twitched his ears in response, not looking up from his masterpiece that-would-be Tinykit's feathery body. "What's up, Amberkit?"

"Well, um, I just..... I'm really sorry, but I followed Ebonykit because I didn't want him to leave. He said he didn't tell you, and I wanted to make sure you knew. Please don't kick me out! I really like it here"! She looked down, almost shaking.

Tinykit sat up straight when his leader told him to perk up. The young tom just allowed Lionstar to take the feathers and place them in his fur. He was starting to feel like a bird. Maybe he could fly? No probably not. Tinykit kept his body still, but managed to look up at the Riverclan leader. "Are you turning me into a bird?", he asked. Tinykit didn't mind birds. They were nice flying things and delicious to eat. "I'm small like one, so I'd fit in won't I?", he wondered out loud.

As one of the first cats to leave the meeting and go up to Lionstar, Russetstrike padded calmly to the den entrance. "May I come in?" Many cats had learned the hard way that Lionstar had.. a quick temper. And some things ticked him off pretty easily from his understanding. And he did not plan on getting on the leader's bad side!

[Fade]

*Riverwhisker walked in, he was planning to help expanding camp*

[BEAR.]

Lionstar spared a glance over at Amberkit. She was lucky Tinykit was distracting him.. otherwise he'd probably be crabby with her. "So you snuck out of camp after Ebonykit and Burningkit?" he questioned her, before his attention returned to Tinykit and his feathery pelt. "We can call you Tinywing!" He chirped down at him. "But I don't think you'd fit in with the birds.. birds are mean, cruel jerks, who peck cats with their stinky beaks. You're better than a bird." Pat pat, the featherbaby head.

~~Owlflight~~

Owlflight slowly walked in. "Lionstar," he meowed of way of greeting. "Stonepaw and I successfully chased the intruder away I highly doubt she will come back." Owlflight flicked his tail happily. It was always great to help his Clan! "I'm looking to help expand our camp." It would be fun, and would take up some time. Looking around, he quietly noticed Riverwhisker and Russetstrike.

[BEAR.]

Ah, Russetstrike and Riverwhisker.

"I'll take it you both are here for the expansions?" Lionstar questioned as he turned to face them, having only just arrived in his den from the meeting.
