♢ Snowleap - ( closed, taken by Canyoncall ( @Nixey ) and Raccoonear ( @superstar ) ) ♢
His ears perked up at Kestrelstar’s call to gather everyone for a meeting, making Snowleap get up and walk towards the Streamstone. He sat down among his clanmates, wrapping his tail around himself as he peered up at the clan leader with a hint of curiosity. The Riverclan tomcat wondered what this could be about? An apprentice becoming a warrior? Or a kit becoming an apprentice? Maybe even a senior warrior retiring to the elder den? He did not know. But the more Snowleap pondered, other scenarios came apparent in his brain. The look that his clan leader had given him at the gathering appeared in his train of thought, making his paws shuffle anxiously under his tail. Was it something regarding that? The young warrior hoped not, but he simply took a deep breath and remained calm. Riverclan was everything to him and he’d do anything to prove that, no matter what it took. However, the dark-furred feline shook himself and told himself to quit all of this overthinking. Nothing was wrong. This was just a simple clan routine. Snowleap didn’t have to worry about anything. Right?

Paws trailing lightly in the dirt, the molly weaved her way between cats to make her way towards the center of the gathering bodies. Riverclan had been going through a few things, and the more things that were announced as a problem the more anxious Canyoncall became. She’d shuffle around while waiting on Kestrelstars announcements whenever meetings were called nowadays. What would the next thing be? A deadly storm brewing on the horizon? Starclan she hoped not. Casting a glance around, her gaze searched for her two siblings, Gorgespring and Cliffcry. Relaxing slightly upon seeing her sister, but not entirely sure where her brother was, Canyoncall had let out a soft breath. Everything would be alright, they both knew how to take care of themself, and their aunt was there to help scold the other two if they did anything stupid. Canyoncall hadn’t exactly realized that, while searching for the two things she held so close, she had still been padding forward. Eyes widening slightly when it finally dawned on her that she was still moving, and that she was about to bump into someone, Canyoncall was quick to bring herself to a halt as she let out a sigh of relief. Side stepping the cat, however her gaze was brought towards the anxious paw shuffle the warrior did. “Snowleap, right?” with her mothering instincts kicking in, Canyoncall had lowered herself onto her haunches and tilted her head “something bothering ya?”

So far things hadn’t been going exactly well for today. After waking up, she had accidentally touched the wrong nerve with Snakeheart, multiple times. He was clearly growing more irritable today, and to be honest, while she didn’t exactly like being snapped at, she didn’t fault the medicine cat. He was dealing with the quickly oncoming chilly weather, the leader of Riverclan and every injury, big and small, the clan had to offer. Reedpaw honestly felt like she just needed to be more careful. Tread lighter, some would say. She knew Snakeheart wasn’t always the most welcoming or loving cat, and knew he was quite snappish, so she just had to play the balancing act. Trying not to let that get to her, when Kestrelstar had called a meeting she had been quick to poke her little cream and brown brindled head out of the den. Her gaze shifting upwards, she seemed quite interested in what the leader had to say. Reedpaw had stepped cautiously out, and noticed her friends, Graypaw coming from the Apprentice den, Eveningpaw and Finpaw so close, a pang was felt in her chest when she saw that. Shaking her head softly, Reedpaw was quick to make her way to a spot and plop down, hopefully everything would go alright.

spicekit entered the scene of bobbing heads crowding around a single tall stone. it was confusing to hear an abundance of chatter and noise, flinching at some moments when she walked past some cats. she didn't get a proper introduction or a tour of how things run around these parts so it was a guessing game to the poor russet-ginger. eventually, a prickle of annoyance started to rise in her deep golden hues as the open spot she was heading for was taken away by another. "that was my spot, ugh." she grumbled, lashing her tail. "i guess forest cats don't have manners." it was said loud enough for any cat close by to hear and she didn't care either way.
Honeypaw peeks out from behind a small boulder, tilting his head curiously and hopping across the clearing to the streamstone. What was the news today?
**Codpaw**
The slick, spotted tabby stretched deeply, letting out a wide yawn as he picked himself up from his chilled sunny spot. He must've dozed off for a bit. The sun was weak but at least it was a bit better than in the shade. He shook the sleep from his pelt and focused in on what had woken him. Kestrelstar was standing atop the streamstone, he must've called a meeting. Codpaw let out another yawn then noticed Honeypaw as he hopped out into the open. Codpaw smiled and trotted over to meet him. Was that too forward though? They'd only really hung out the once. But Codpaw felt a sort of strong and sudden friendship with the other tom. He considered stopping, turning around, turning towards Kestrelstar and stopping where he was at; maybe Honeypaw would come to him. No, that would look strange if Honeypaw had already noticed him. Codpaw sucked in a quick breath and trotted the last few paces to come up beside Honeypaw. A wide smile spread across his mouth. "Hiya, Honeypaw! What do you think Kestrelstar's calling a meeting for now?"That was a safe enough topic, right? That was a normal conversation starter for when a meeting was called, right?

Morningfeather and Sunpoppy made their way over to the spot they would usually be in during the meeting, exchanging hesitant looks with one another. (I hope I'm not too late :,) )

Moonfrost padded out of the warriors den, taking a quick moment to stretch as Wolfsong followed, still drowsy from sleep. The dark tabby she-cat flicked her silver sister's shoulder with her tail before flicking an ear at Nightleap across the clearing. The two quickly crossed the clearing to sit with their younger sister.

Lillyfang padded into the clearing. She hoped it was nothing bad. She wondered what Kestrelstar wanted. She took her normal spot to the side where she could see her leader. She looked at Kestrelstar and dipped her head in respect.

Honeypaw lools over and purrs with delight at the sight of his friend. Sure, they only just met not too long ago but he really liked him... Oh, StarClan he was glad he hadn't said that out loud. "Hey, Codpaw!" he greets happily, smiling warmly at him. "I'm not sure. Hopefully nothing bad happed this time." He turns back towards the streamstone and tilts his head.
Dustymoth
Another meeting, hmm? Busy inspecting a shell that was sticking up sideways out of the marsh, Dustymoth turned his head to locate Kestrelstar on top of the Streamstone. He was mildly interested in what the leader had to say, but as a yawn slipped from his jaws he felt guilt in turning away from his rescue mission. "I'll come back right after, I promise," the fluffy tom whispered to the little shell, patting it gently with one paw before scurrying over to find a seat.
Rippleshine looked up from where she sat grooming her sleek spotted pelt, her ears pricked at the sound of Kestrelstar's summoning. She stood, pausing to arch her back in a stretch, before calmy padding over to sit under the streamrock. She glanced up at Kestrelstar, tilting her head with mild curiousity
