She frowned more. The poor thing, he didn't even know what happened to his mother! Does anyone take care of you? she asked. It might be a bit too much on the young kit's comprehension, but she needed to know these things.

She nodded, Would you like me to care for you from now on? she asked. Every cat needs stability in its life. She would give this kitten that stability.
