This time, you grab Matts arm and dart down the left path. You dont know what draws you to it, but you run down in. Its dark and you decided to turn Matts phone off. Whatevers chasing you still is, you can hear it above you screeching. The only thing that is lighting your path are the lit torches that are now down the path, the warm orange glow looked inviting, though you still had adrenaline running through you as you ran. While running both you and Mat felt something sharp slice against your shoulders, ripping your coats and you can feel the blood start to bubble and the skin get warmer. You cover your mouth to stop your screaming so they dont hear you, tears weld in your eyes. You are starting to get tired though, your breath becoming ragged and it looks that Matt is feeling the same.
