An open letter to those who applied in the hopes of becoming Shadowclan’s next medicine cat apprentice,

With applications officially closed as of 11:59pm central standard time the night of May thirtieth, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all of those who applied to become Mossfreckle’s apprentice and hence the new medicine cat apprentice of Shadowclan. It seems like only yesterday that Kat sent me the pm that shared the felicitations and requirements of being a medicine cat if I were to accept the role - now, here I stand in her shoes on the brink of welcoming my replacement to the Shadowclan high rank team and stepping into Kat’s and Lostspark’s role as the sole full medicine cat of Shadowclan. I have deeply enjoyed looking over each and every application and would like to extend my appreciation to each and everyone of you, I understand the effort, time, stress, and sanity that goes into completing an application and putting your best paw forward; so, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving Mossfreckle and I your time and effort - it truly means the world and more to me.
