Runningkit giggled. "Yea! We're the best!" She squeaked bouncing on the spot. Fun. Riverclan will be always the best, and awesomest clan ever! Haha! Take that Shadowclan! She blinked toward her father, smiling gleefully, playing with father was always, and always fun, that was for sure. At the question, Runningkit tilted her raven black head in confusion at the word butterfly, and turned her head toward the creature, letting out a gasp of wonder, That's a butterfly? So pretty! She though with amazement. Wow! "...Can I catch it?" She asked cautiously, in a whisper, her eyes wide as she watched it bob up and down, as if waiting for her to catch it, tempting her. But she would be gentle, she wouldn't be rough, it was too beautiful for that, if she could try to catch it, but... she kinda didn't want to. Why would she want to disturb something so pretty? Nah! I'm a warrior, but since its too pretty for prey, i'll just catch it for fun, and then let it go free! She nodded her head at the thought. Yea...that's what I'm gonna do!

Toothless looked down at his daughter as she began to stalk forward, her eyes locked onto the fluttering insect "No sweetie, butterflies are ver, very fragile, you don't want to hurt it do you?" he questioned, pulling his daughter back to him with his paw, gently, slowly, carefully, he didn't wish to scare away the beautiful being, but. Suddenly something snapped, he remembered something absolutely spectacular, extraordinary, gorgeous, he turned his emerald gaze back down upon his daughter, his hues light up with excitement "I know of a place where there's tons of Butterflies, so colorful, pretty. Would you like for me to show you when you become an apprentice?" he asked, his tail tip flicked as he imagined him and Runningkit chasing butterflies, which was a normal hobby of his, having a good old time.

Tigerpaw was quietly tucking into a trout. His ears were pinned back and his claws were sank into the flesh of the fish while his unusually long canines torn away flesh. As he ate, he looked around the clearing looking for something to do, perhaps a border patrol to go on. Oh how Tigerpaw loved border patrols. He was always looking for a fight to pick on the borders, looking for the slightest scent to bring back and report to Russetstar. Simply anything that would lead him to defending his clan and merely sinking his claws into something more than fish. As he finished his trout, he licked his lips and cleaned his whiskers and paws off before sitting up. The leaf-bare sunshine bore down on his striped pelt, making it shimmer with the strength that he was growing. It was already obvious that Tigerpaw would be a force to reckon with in the future, it was just a matter of training to get there.

Long fur blowing in the cold breeze, Rainpaw glanced around the Riverclan clearing, looking for something, anything to do. He was quite bored, wanting someone to play with, or train with... Something is better than nothing, right? He padded up to the fresh-kill pile, wondering if he should try to go out alone again and hunt. He got in trouble last time, but he was just so bored...

Summerpaw slipped into the Clearing, calico fur neatly groomed as always. She could see another apprentice up ahead, and a familiar gleam filled her green hues. Casually she padded up next to him, as gracefully as she could manage, settling down next to the other apprentice and pretending not to notice him for a while before she turned her head in his direction and an expression of surprise came onto her features. "Oh, hello! I didn't see you- silly of me, I know...you're so noticeable, and handsome too...my. I must be partly blind not to see you. My apologies," Summerpaw purred in her silkiest voice. She half expected the other apprentice to stare at her for a while, maybe compliment her...but of course, Summerpaw was used to that kind of thing. The only cat who had shown no interest in her had been Brackenpaw. No matter. He's not the kind of cat I want showing interest in me. Right? Summerpaw thought, the tip of her tail twitching anxiously as she did so. Maybe this cat would be more promising. Maybe...but she could only hope.

Rain berry smiled and waked over to her friend gentlemist who was basking in the sunlight nad padded over to her and sat down next to her nd began talking absentmindedly

Runningkit watched the butterfly, eyes wide with awe, and wonder. "No! I wouldn't hurt them, promise!" She mewed, black fluffy tail fluffing up more, eyes glistening. She wasn't hurt, or sad, not at all, Runningkit did want to try to catch it, but she wanted to be gentle, but that probably wouldn't be the case, so she wouldn't try, just watch the wonder, that's what she would do, yea. Maybe...she could just catch it? Runningkit blinked toward her father, with a small gasp of excitement. Many butterflies in...one area? That burst a spark in her, a deadly exciting spark. "Yes! Yes! Yes!" Runningkit jumped up and down excitedly, squeaking loudly, disturbing the butterfly. She seemed very, very excited, then, she noticed the butterfly flying off. Excitement slowly drained out of her, until it was only filled with distress, as she ran toward the creature. "W-wait!...noo...." Runningkit skidded to a spot, head hanging down, at the ground. Why did it fly away? Was it scared? The moment it had flew away, Runningkit was upset, distressed, frustrated. She disturbed it, she did, but it was okay, their was always more. Dad said their were more butterflies somewhere, so it was alright. She walked over to her father, sniffling. "I'm sorry.. I was..excited.." She muttered to her father, ears flattened, why did she have to mess up this fun day? What a mess up...

She was a little bored...hungry, not so much, but bored- definitely. Hm. We should find something exciting to do today...something different. Her green hues flickered with excitement and the interest in her voice was quite obvious. It was no secret that Summerpaw wanted to do something- but of course, as always, she wasn't quite sure what. Surprisingly, Summerpaw very rarely knew what she wanted to do...she seemed to always know what she wanted from other cats, how she wanted to interact with them...but when it came to picking out an activity for the day, Summerpaw was usually stumped. Generally she left this up to Rainpaw. She hoped he would be up for it...she couldn't remember a time when she hadn't chosen to spend time with her friend. So naturally, she was looking forwards to figuring out something to do today.

A small, white and grey apprentice padded out into the clearing. With her mentor seemingly busy, she headed for the fresh-kill pile, picking out a small vole with her jaws. Her blue eyes scouted the clearing, and she sighed, wondering if she'd ever get the courage to approach others herself.

Petalpaw, a small white cat with orange splotches across her pelt. Leapt into the clearing proudly, with a large fish in her jaws. She set it down and pulled out a large minnow. She scanned the clearing, looking for a good seat to enjoy her prey. She spotted a sun-warmed rock which was right next Lilacpaw. Petalpaw smiled at her as she sat down. The she-cat yawned and peered at the cat next to her, Lilacpaw, she remebered. Petalpaw nodded at her and attempted to start a conversation; "Hi," she mewed simply, "I'm Petalpaw, aren't you Lilacpaw?"

Silverheart shook her head as she walked out of the Warriors den. Her beautiful pelt was once again spotless, even though the warrior she-cat had done her best to roll in her nest to make it look fuzzy and bad. Sighing in annoyance of this, she padded over towards the fresh-kill pile. She peered around the clearing at the other young warriors. She was 37 moons by now, and in her mind, that meant that she were getting old. And yet she had avoided having an apprentice and mate through her life. She felt miserable in that part, but also slightly enjoyed the feeling of freedom to go on whatever patrol she wanted without having to think about bringing a young cat along.
As she reached the fresh-kill pile, she neatly picked out a salmon before seating herself somewhat in the middle of the clearing, peering around for someone new to talk to.

Rainpaw nodded to his friend. "Of course, what else am I to do? Dawnstorm left earlier on patrol with my mentor so there probably won't be training for me today. What did you have in mind?" he asked curiously. He had a few ideas in mind, but since it was Summerpaw who spoke up about an adventure first, he'd let her come up with what they did. It was only right, right? He thought about how rude it seemed for some cat to suggest what they do when said cat hadn't suggested they do the overall thing... Did that make sense? 'Rainpaw you're a mouse-brained idiot,' he chuckled to himself.
