He stood still, for a few moments, waiting for the right moment, then he ran towards her, running on one side of her and then the other, he kept doing this until he was within distance of him leaping on her back, then leapt. Aiming for her back. @Mia

Nightshadow sat there not moving her head when Snakepaw ran around her. When he stopped running around her she knew he was aiming for her back. When Snakepaw leaped at Nightshadow she kicked out her back legs in the air.

Nightshadow turned around to look at Snakepaw. She looked at his stomach. "Oh, no," she meowed concerned. Nightshadow saw a small hole in his stomach where blood was coming out. It looked like it came from one of her claws. But she kept her claws sheathed the whole time. "Come on, Snakepaw. Let's get you to the medicine cat den." (Or should I say that he's not bleeding and that it's just a bruise?)
