Re: RiverClan Streamstone
Spottedkit stood there and stared forward. "She left because of me."

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
Plumstorm listens to Bristletail's comment, nodding and not saying much more. The meeting itself was pretty boring, pretty samey. Splashleap was stepping away from deputy position, which was unfortunate but respectable enough. Now, plenty of warriors and perhaps even shields would be falling over themselves to impress Kestrelstar. She felt bad for him, a little at least. But she leaves when the meeting is dismissed.

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
Wolfsong's eyes widened slightly at the announcement of Splashleap's stepping down as deputy. She turned her gaze to the warrior and gave her a warm blink, trying to show her respect.
Moonfrost nodded at Splashleap as well, dipping her head respectfully. She served honorably, and deserved the acknowledgement.

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
Frostkit watched the meeting from near the fresh-kill pile. Even when the meeting ended, they still sat there, staring off into space, which was quite uncharacteristic for them.
On the inside, Frostkit was thinking long and hard. They hadn't known that a warrior could just retire from their duties. Splashleap must have been tired to do that. Very tired.
Still lost in thought, Frostkit stood, ambling around the camp without a destination in mind. They just needed to move their paws, although it felt like everything was numb. Life was much larger than Frostkit had realized at first.
Will I ever be that tired one day?

Marshglare | Open for Interactions!
The bitter cold circling the atmosphere bothered the large tomcat little. His shaggy and long pelt shielded him from its frigidness and merciless strike. Yet, the pine to remain dormant in his nest was as much present as if he were shivering in the snowfall. Marshglare didn't favor being awoken from his slumber, it was needed - especially in the cold season. His relatives often joked that he was a bear in need of hibernation to survive the winter. Marshglare had no argument for this continuous tease. As he saw it, they were accurate and like a bear without sleep, he grew grumpy. Today was no exception.
When Kestrelstar had called for a meeting, Marshglare could not help but emit a groan from his jaws. He felt his bones crack beneath his skin as he heaved himself from his den, opting to join his Clan in whatever meeting lay before them. As he soon found, it regarded the coyotes that had neared their territory; too close for comfort. Marshglare huffed. Coyotes... The wild canines did not bother him much, but his anxious eye could not resist peering at his smaller clan-mates, grateful that it no longer loitered. Though, as the meeting continued and the Clans politics were discussed, Marshglare began to zone out, raising his head to the darkening clouds above his cranium. Perhaps it would snow soon...

Grumbletail padded out of the elder's den as the meeting ended. He started troting to the fresh-kill pile. He was blind so he could no see marshglare. Then, Bam! he smashed into the warrior. "HEY! CANT A CAT GET SOME FRESH KILL!" He yowled in anger.
(Is it ok if Marshglare did not know if he is blind?)

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
High Rank Announcement [#hrannouncement]Weak sunlight dappled the grounds of camp still dusted in light snow. Even though it was the dead of leaf-bare, it wasn't as cold as it had been. There was a lot weighing on his mind as Kestrelstar emerged from his den. His fur was groomed and his eyes glanced around camp briefly. An unreadable expression on his face, the RiverClan leader gave a sigh. Unbeknownst to his Clanmates was the fact that he had not gotten a wink of sleep last night. So much was saddled on his shoulders, especially with the news Whitepaw had given him.
His yellow eyes darted across the camp in search of the apprentice. He wanted to see her, to see if she was in camp. Stars, he hoped she would be in the crowd - despite her anger and snarky-ness, there was a sort of strength that he drew from her, and the other apprentices in the Clan.
After a moment or two, Kestrelstar bunched his legs to spring onto the Streamstone. The usual small wave of nausea hit him being up so high, but the gray tabby had gotten pretty good at hiding it. He padded forward to survey the Clan below, watching as they went about their days. "All cats old enough to swim, gather beneath the Streamstone for a Clan meeting." His voice rang through the clearing, allowing the moments before RiverClan gathered for the sun to soak into and warm his pelt.
[ haven't had many apprentice ceremony requests, so if you have a kit who is ready to become an apprentice let me know! ^^ ]

Re: RiverClan Streamstone
| Whitepaw of Riverclan |
Last night had been. . .rough, for the molly. She didn't really like her clanmates, or trust them, but seeing a kit die who had no chance to truly see the world. . .it stung, it stung hard. She didn't even bother to look at Kestrelstar, or anyone, she didn't to talk to anyone or look at anyone, knowing this clan was full of disgusting monsters on way or another, kit insulters or apprentice attackers, no one here was good or trustworthy, and she knew that.
