After a little bit of walking, he meowed,
“Look! I think there are some daisies over there!” Mousepaw dashed over, and sure enough, there was a small patch of daisies and a few buttercups nearby,
“Ooh, and buttercups!”
He gathered up a few of them and got some grass to tie the bundle together,
“There we go! Now it’ll be easy to carry them!”

She smiled and gathered some flowers for herself. She too grabbed grass to bundle her flowers and picked them back up. "Oh! I know a place were we can put these while we go do something. Follow me!" She said around the flowers. She dashed off towards the path again.

She found the path and trotted swiftly to where she knew she could bound off into the undergrowth and find her hideout. She looked back and nodded to where she was going to turn before sprinting off towards the old fox den.

As he ran, he smiled slightly, Brackenpaw was his first friend here, and she was oh so kind to him, she didn’t treat him any differently nor did she discriminate against him, because they had the same loner background!

She slowed down and found her hideout. She smiled proudly and began into it. She looked around at the walls, the unused nest she had made with the other apprentice was still against the corner and she set her flowers there. It was a slight slope into the den and she looked back up the slope to se if Mousepaw was following her.
