He thought that he had made a decent enough impression on Pebblefur. He knew it was illogical to expect her to think he was useless because of one mistake, but that didn't ease his tensing spine. He still expected it to happen.
"I guess I can wait here for you to drive it to me?" He looked at her for confirmation, his eyes bright.

She nodded. She stalked around behind the bracken and pounced! She missed, and chased it toward Trushfeather's claws.

Buckbranch tilted his head, then shrugged. He wasn't very hungry, but the extra prey might appease Flamesong or the kits. He tipped his nose skyward, and easily caught a whiff of a thrush.
He started to head in its direction, tipping his head this way and that to get a better sense of its exact location. It was just a little ways in front of the trees that stopped before the cliff, and with a swift pounce he had the small body in his teeth. He turned back to Cormorantpaw with a grin.

Cormorantpaw cheered for Buckbranch when he popped up with a thrush in his teeth and the young tom trotted over to him.

“Great! Let’s go!”

He had to go back to grab his mouse, giving Buckbranch a sheepish look because he’d nearly forgotten it. But, once it was safely in his mouth, Cormorantpaw led the way down the pass, eager to show off his first catch to his friends.

A chuckle rumbled in his throat at Cormorantpaw's obvious excitement. Every training session with the young tom was always fun, even in a dangerous place like the Cliff Pass.
He trailed after Cormorantpaw, a grin visible on his muzzle even behind the thrush in his jaws.

Leopardpaw caught his breath and followed Fishfin to the back of the cave.

Minnowthorn clambered her way up the rocky slope of the cliff. Up here the air was so much clearer, and so much easier to hunt in. She didn't care if it was dangerous - hunting was always better up here.
She glanced back at her companion, Mossypool, with a gleam in her eyes. "Don't you love it up here?"

Mossypool smiled back at the she-cat, "Y-yeah. It is quite nice, isn't it?" she mewed, looked around. She was glad that it was so peaceful out here. Purring quietly to herself, she looked back at Minnowthorn, "Where should we go from here?" she quietly asked the molly.

Mumblefoot was indeed flirting, though she didn't really know if she was doing a good job at it. She felt like she was doing ok, but that was for Owlwatcher to decide, "I suppose I can't convince you otherwise, then?" she asked with a smile. It felt rather nice to just relax and talk to someone she was close to. "Maybe I should compliment you a lot, as well" she hummed, her tail briefly entwining with his.

"Nope, nope, nope." Shaking his head to her answer with a goofy grin. "Meh, I mean I wouldn't mind it but I certainly don't deserve it as you do." Poking his paw in her direction. Owlwatcher was going to say more but when she intertwined her tail with his caused the tom to blushed and close his mouth. Does that mean she likes him too!?

Sunnywillow walked along beside Fernglow with a smile. Ugh, why was she piling this on so strong? Whatever, it seemed to be working. Besides, she was enjoying the feeling of fur brushing hers for once so she’d just let herself enjoy it. Was that a problem? Nah, she would figure it out later. If she lost herself in the role a little bit, she’d be able to sell it even more.
