The molly had already taken in quite a few scents from the undergrowth, even if some came from their clanmates who had probably crossed the same path as theirs. Well, the more scents the harder it would be for Cloudpaw to distinguish them clearly. However, that could've been the perfect training. After all, he probably was more than acquainted with the RiverClan cats scents. Koisplash observed the younger feline, giving a slight nod as soon as their eyes met. She watched as the grey tom crouched down. Her eyes observed carefully, looking for any imperfection in his posture. However she did not say anything: she wanted to see what Cloudpaw was capable of. Instead, the molly crept beneath a nearby bush, to watch the hunt without interrupting with her presence. Cloudpaw was actually proceeding quite well, surely better than what she had imagined. The catch was a bit wild, but in the end he managed to have the thrush between his paws. Koisplash emerged from the bush she had been hiding in, looking at her apprentice with a smile. "Very good, very good! A thrush on your first hunt, this is surely a great beginning!" She complimented him, pausing her speech. "Never forget about the distance between you and your prey if you want to hunt it down quickly." Koisplash added after a few seconds. Cloudpaw had indeed done a nice catch.

[Inconsistency]

Ok. he mewed through the small thrush. Yay! He had done good. His mentor said so. Of course he almost missed it. So maybe he could do some work. But it was good! He wondered what they would do next. Go to a border? Hunt more? Battle training? Hunting techniques? He didn’t know but he was excited! Wait did he have to bring his prey back to the clan before continuing? Or not. Maybe something else? It didn’t matter anyway... Right? Yeah, it didn’t!

Words couldn’t describe how relived the somali was to get the heck out of those tunnels. He had felt as if the ground was closing in around him, blocking the sunlight and threatening to trap him below the surface forever. It made him feel nervous and uncomfortable. A sigh of relief escaped his lips as warm sunlight touched his face.

Without a word, he nodded and began digging where the deputy had gestured. The dirt was a lot more moist up here than it had been in the tunnels, and he found a bit more dirt under his claws than he would’ve liked. But he wasn’t one to complain. Probably.

Snowpaw crouched and smiles as he catches the stick after pouncing it. She crept up softly in a hunting crouch and then looked at him. Then the stick infront of her bunching her muscles and pounces claws out flinging the stick as she tries to catch it now in her mouth.

The tom gave a small nod. "Should we end it there?" Frostedwillow asked. He shuffled his paws. Snowpaw was so ... had so much ... energy. It really had come as a surprise, or a complete shock. One of them was correct.

Petal let out a maniacal laugh at the Clan cat's answer. "It wouldn't look good for you if you can't beat one small underfed rogue. That's all I am." She barely noticed that her attack was missed, instead that the bigger cat leapt at her. She rolled away quickly to avoid the leap at her. "Fine. You win," she said simply. She wasn't sure why, but she would let this cat win. Petal walked away, not looking back.

As he padded into a opening of a tunnel his eyes adjusted to the light. Then flicking his tail onto Rosepaw’s nose he meowed.

Rosepaw if you couldn’t tell we are underground we’re going on an adventure and see where we ended up. I want you to hold one tight to me so you don’t get lost.

He was excited he was doing something that was not traing with his apprentince @Roseleader
