Amberglow let out a little chuckle at Chivepaw but quickly stopped, as she didn't want it to seem rude. "Are you okay?" she questioned. Hopefully he didn't somehow get injured—even though he probably didn't,—it didn't hurt to check.

The spotted roasted Pineapple watched as Cherrybubble went back to camp to report the successful hunting patrol. It was kind of concerning how Cherrybubble was stubborn about it but Pineapple wasn’t the type to force cats unless she really hated them. The molly was close to soaking moss and threatening them to get in the den or she would continue to chuck wet moss until they got into the den but she guess it would probably turn to a regretful idea later when she gets punished.

Pineapple picked up the prey and swish her burnt tail. She didn’t regret saving an apprentice in exchange for a burnt tail. To be honest, it was probably something she could tease her brother with pretending that the fire had roasted her tail’s mind and flick his nose.

Amberglow nodded, "Good, good, good." the molly said as she looked at Chivepaw. "No need to be embarrassed."

"Anyways," she said, continuing on what happened before Chivepaw tripped. "another move I want to teach you is the 'back kick.'" The warrior looked around the cave, searching for something to prop up. There on the ground layed two sticks. She quickly picked them up and stuck them in the ground to prop them up as best as she could. Amberglow then quickly rushed to the other side of the stick to demonstrate. She stood still for a quick moment and then lashed out with her hind legs, knocking the stick down. "Now, go behind the stick and try to kick it down."

As Cormorantpaw joined them, he gave the apprentice a small smile before turning to follow Duskstar into the forest. While they walked, he scanned the trees, anxiously awaiting any sign of familiar territory. A sigh of relief left his nose as he spotted a trunk that looked familiar, and then some upturned roots of a fallen tree, and the faint scent of ash trickled into his nose. He inhaled, deeply, surprised to welcome the bitter stench no matter how faint it was.
He returned Duskstar's nod and then stepped forward as well to begin the task.

Heading back, Lionwhisker managed to grab 6 borage leaves, 7 Chervile 5 Coltsfoot, 3 goldenrod and luckily 2 Comfrey root! It made his day . Dragging the plank back to their starting spot Lionwhisker perked his ears up "ok lads! What did you all manage to find?" he was rather curious .
His pelt rippled with warning , he sensed something wasn't right..something was off.. He didn't like it.

Tigerpaw stumbled across same daises and picked them off. Did Lionwhisker say the petals or the whole flower? The tom shrugged and nipped a couple of stems, putting them on his plank. He grabbed a few sticks and went to find some cobwebs. Once done, he grabbed his plank and went to find the others.

Grabbing as many sticks as he could carry--the last herb on his list--Sycamorerain placed them down on his plank and clamped his jaws around one end, before dragging it back over to the others.

"I found 5 marigolds, about 2 dozen poppy seeds, and 4 large sticks." He didn't know if that was a good amount, but that wasn't what he was concerned about at the moment. Something seemed off. Lionwhisker's pelt was bristling, and his own soon followed. It was as if something else was nearby, watching them. Friend or foe, he didn't know, but the more likely option was foe, and that put him on edge.

He gave them a approved nod, wow! That's a lot of poppy seeds! I'll have to thank sycamore later..right now though..
He swishe d his tail in means of telling them to stay put, he crept closer to where his stomach was growing heavier. His nose twitched too late..he recognized that scent..FOX! . Right as he thought that the giant beast lunged out of the bushes and aimed for Lionwhisker only for him to yowl and dodge to the left . "RUN! " forget about the herbs! He'll gather the crushed remains later. Right now their lives mattered. He started to run but the Fox went towards the two toms making his pupils shrink from fear.

Tigerpaw froze, dropping his herbs as Lionwhisker yelled Fox. The tom couldn't move for a while until he realized the fox was charging at him and Sycamorerain. He stood there for a moment, still not believing it and he finally started to run.
