the pregnant queen shuffled her paws, it was odd for her to spend so much time without their mate GreyPelt. He shivered as she remembered finding him dead on the thunder-path not too long ago, no matter they were determined to make sure his kits got the life they deserved.

Cricketsting smiled back. He looked down at the squirrel. His stomach rumbled.
He took the first bite, chewed it, and swallowed it. "Sadly it is," he responded to Doe and Jaywater's comment. "I have to deal with singing birds while I'm trying to take a nap." Cricketsting looked at Doe, seeing her close her eyes. It felt rude to disturb her so the warrior kept quiet until she opened her eyes again. "You alright?" He asked after he heard the queen sighed.

Jaywater looked towards the sky, she watched a pair of robins dance with the leaves and sighed happily.

"I'm fine. Just a good memory." Doe'feather responded to the other two warriors. She took a bit of the squirrel and chewed. When Doe'feather finished the bite, she realized she was starving, too. She took another bite and chewed @Dirtfur @Kettle

The summer wind blew into the floor, the leaves jumped and bounced around and the sunlight peeked through the leaves, dappling the surface with sunlight.
Jaywater chuckled and sighed.
At least I have friends here.
