ok...I'm declaring this cat nuts but the idea of finding duskstar again wasn't such a bad idea...yet he didn't like the idea of dragging her out of her safe zone just because they didn't like the change in roles. If duskstar was happy where she was...then let her be. Hed and the rest of thunderclan would have to deal with it.
In the back of his mind that want to be deputy and leader came back again..after all these moons. No, flintspirit and dusk gave me this role because they saw me fit..because they trusted me. I won't go against that..
How dare she tempt him. He narrowed his eyes and gave a hiss.
" that is enough. If it is duskstars wish to be a loner then it will be. And I will not , they trusted me with this rank. I can't leave condorpaw on loose paws not knowing how to do anything . " he gave a small growl.
" now if you can get these thoughts out of your head and not be more trouble to BuckStar , I'm taking you back to the camp. You owe him an apology after all " he was curious to see if she would even think of apologizing .

A walk was what he needed, and a walk was what he would take. He just needed to clear his head, to think for a few moments. All of the recent events had mentally exhausted him.

He slipped out of camp and just started walking. He didn't know where his paws were taking him; he just let them lead. And soon, he was out in the middle of their new territory. He sat down, wrapped his tail around his paws, and took a deep breath, inhaling the scents around him. Plant growth, soil, the faint smell of prey... and a cat?

Buckstar opened his eyes to scan the underbrush. His gaze zeroed in on a stranger who seemed to be trying to hide amongst the ferns. At least, that was what it looked like. He rose to his paws and stepped gingerly over to her, ducking his head to peer at her.

"Uh... you're on ThunderClan territory. Can I help you with something?"

Buckstar relaxed. The she-cat didn't look dangerous, and if what she said was true, then he had nothing to worry about.

"Well, Daisy," he said with a thin smile, "my name's Buckstar. I'm the leader of ThunderClan, a group of cats not too far off from here. If you're looking for a home, we've got room for you if you're interested."

Well, that was just plain rude. Daisy seemed like a sweet cat. Why would anyone try to do that?

Because some cats are monsters, his mind whispered, and he let out a silent sigh. "Well, I can promise you I'm not trying to trick you. But, if you do join us, you'll have to learn how to be a warrior. It takes a while, and it's hard work, but it's worth it in the end. Are you up for it?"

Frostbreeze flicked her tail,” What do you mean apologize. It was a valid suggestion? I suggest once Condorpaw is fully trained we then find Duskstar and put her in her rightful place as the leader of Thunderclan. ” she meowed stubbornly, she was willing to obey Lionwhisker because she respected him as a medicine cat as for returning to camp, but an apology? What would that be for.

"you are to apologize to buckstar from the horrid accusations you said in thunderwillow! I'm sure he'd appreciate it, especially of being accused of murder by someone like you" he somewhat growled. Tail swishing " now are you gonna come with me , or do I have to drag you by the tail ? I'm not afraid of giving out punishment . Love ." he wasn't gonna let that go , he'll get her to say sorry one way or another . And if she still refused well....she'd had to have a lesson.

I'm sure you are! Fleetwind mewed happily, following her. If you're wondering why I asked and said we're doing hunting which she almost certainly was It's because hunting helps you learn to control your teeth and claws, so fighting will come more easily. he mewed. Now, can you smell any prey? Hopefully she would pick up the few animals he could smell.
