Um, alright. Brightpaw mewed, sniffing the air. Pinpointing what she thought was a mouse, she crept forward, almost to it, when she stepped on a crunchy leaf. At the crackle, the shrew bolted, forcing her to give chase. However, she was close enough to pin and kill it with a bite to the neck. @ Shadowpaw234

Thank you! Brightpaw purred, poking her catch with her paw. What IS this thing? I don't think it's a mouse! It was true. The shrew was much smaller, and had much darker fur. It also was less fluffy, with a shorter, pointier tail. @ Shadowpaw234

The calliby stopped just before they had reached the drop off. Motioning for Forestpaw to stop. "This is as close as you will get. You are never to come here until you are named a Warrior." she instructed, her voice stern. After she had said that she turned to look at the younger feline. "It's too dangerous, even for Warriors it is considered risky." she paused for a moment, letting it sink in. "There's nothing to train you about here. We will go to the next section of the territory."
