His eyes filled with determination as his sheathed claws were about a mouse length away from Hazelsprings neck. His excitement got to the better of him though, and Hazelspring managed to leap away. Buckspark did not even touch the small tom with his paws. Though, Buckspark was also a smaller cat, Hazelspring's agility got to the best of him.

Hazelspring watched Buckspark with pale yellow eyes, tail twitching behind him. Would his partner try to attack again, or not? Or did he want to become the defender? The dark gray and white tom tilted his head to the side slightly, brow furrowing.

"Want to try that again?" He asked in his quiet voice, looking his partner over.

Paleblossom ( @SplashyLumi ) was to be her partner during the event. With eager, yet serious eyes, Reedwhisker began scouring the training island for the tomcat. He had yet to make an appearance since others have found partners and begun to spar with one another, so it made the job a little more difficult than needed. Fighting back an aggravated growl that Paleblossom did not attempt to seek Reedwhisker out himself, the dark brown warrior let out a clear, not-quite loud yowl.

"Paleblossom, let's get started!" she called and stood up after making sure her claws were sheathed. "You'll make the first attack, but remember to keep your claws sheathed! No blood is to be spilled during training."

Rainglow decided that a blow to the stomach would be his starting move. The grey tom slid underneath Snowstripe, turning his body so he was on his back. He slid under her, attempting to drag his paws along her stomach as she passed.

Snowstripe seen him move and start sliding she jumped up over out of his reach and then batted at him she was not going to let him touch her stomach

Rainglow rolled back over so Snowstripe batted his back. The grey tom immediately jumped again, trying to land on Snowstripe's back.
