Whew! Today had been a busy day for Fishspeckle, he had been doing so much, but it was never enough, now, since he had a free moment, he decided to go hunting. Since of course, you can never have enough prey!
He caught the scent of a mouse, quickly and swiftly, he pounced upon it and snapped its neck before it could squeak in fear and scare of the rest of the prey in the area. Holding his prize, he padded over to a shaded tree and buried it.
He then scented for more prey.

Rainsky had been sitting in a tree, trying to look for a cat to go hunting with. Oh! She spotted Fishspeckle right down below. She jumped off the tree branch and padded up to him. "Hey there, Fishspeckle." Rainsky kept her voice low so she didn't scare any prey.

“Rainsky,” He meowed, dipping his head in greeting, “Nice to see you.”
He smiled at her,
“Want to join me in a hunt? Prey’s running well today!” He shifted his paws in the snow and turned his nose to the air, “I think I smell a couple more mice!”

"Seems it is!" Rainsky smiled back at Fishspeckle. "So, which direction do you smell it?" Rainsky also lifted her nose in the air, the pink-ness on it being the only other vibrant thing on her, besides her beautiful vibrant blue eyes. She then looked back at Fishspeckle.

“Over there, I believe.”

Rainsky looked over to where his tail was pointing. "Ah, I see." She sniffed again, smelling mouse a lot more. Instinctively, she crouched down, weight off her paws, and started to silently walk towards the sent.

Letting Rainsky deal with the mice, Fishspeckle went off to find some other prey.

Letting Rainsky deal with the mice, Fishspeckle went off to find some other prey.

Rainsky's tail slightly started to wave back and forth. Then she pounced once she got close enough, catching the mouse while being soundless. It died in her mouth in her teeth. She set it down and buried it so she could get it later.

“Good catch!” Fishspeckle meowed.
Then, he scented a stronger scent, Squirrel!
Moving softly he watched the squirrel nibble at a nut, oblivious to the cat watching it, as the squirrel was about the run, Fishspeckle sprang!
He buried the squirrel with a quick “Thank you” to Starclan.
