Stoneshade shuddered, she couldn't stop throwing up, and she was getting weaker.
"Streamfoot," her sentence was cut short by another wave of puke, "Goodbye." her vision clouded over as she took one last gasping breath.

Streamfoot let out a low wail as Stoneshade's body stilled, his mate was dead and he was the one responsible for it! He gently licked her muzzle then pushed his nose into her fur,
"Goodbye Stoneshade," he murmured, "Goodbye." @ Sootsplash @ Mumble

Ivypaw ran into the den and skidded to a halt. She looked around quickly, and ran out again. She stood outside and puked for a couple heartbeats longer than she wanted to. She ran back inside. "Uh-Otterstone? Help?" Her voice was slightly shrill.

Otterstone looked aghast at the scene ahead of her. How did this happen? Why was this happening??? “Starclan no!” She gasped, hair on end. Thunderhowl has said nothing about cats dying from puking. That didn’t even make sense? She started to grow jittery, paws starting to shake.
(I was leaving it open for more posting on you and sootsplash’s side, because all Otterstone could do was wait for it to subside. She shouldn’t have died from puking...)

“Yes! Ivypaw.” She looked up at the apprentice, eyes widening at the puke. Would she die like her last patient? She shook her head. “What’s wrong, come in, drink water.”

(The fish had been in her system for hours, the effects had just started. She was to weak to handle it.)

She gathered herself from a big freak out taking in deep breathes. "Okay, okay. I'm..I'm calm," her voice sounded a bit antsy. "I hope the kits are fine...," the queen's voice faded, yellow eyes fell to the ground. Heck, what am I yappin' 'bout? There's plenty of queens in the nursery if anything they'll rush in here like a mad rabbit. For the first in a long time, she felt quite small and incompetent of her few days in the nursery. Her mind was scrambled, untidy, out of usual routine and distant. Some things she'd forgotten but..what was it again? She was only drawing blanks. Ugh, the tortie rubbed her head feeling a headache coming on from all the coughing. This must be the effects of this dreadful greencough. Yeah, that's it. "Sorry about that, dear. I trust ya, Otterstone." That said, she laid down in the nest to relax a bit more.

The vomit will be easier to clean up in the sand." She looked around Ivypaw to look at the entrance of her den, brow bunching up, she took a deep breath before trying to smile at Ivypaw. "It's alright. Don't worry."
