Fernkit spotted Witheredkit padding aimlessly around the nursery and bounded over to her. "Hey!" She squeaked "Wanna play?" Without waiting for a reply, Fernkit dashed back to her nest, grabbed her moss ball, and flung it at Witheredkit.

Pepperkit dodged Fernkit’s pounce by a mouse-length. She rolled over and swiftly took the moss ball back from Fernkit.

Blondestripe stretched out in the long grass, the sensitive fur between her toes prickling against the gravel of camp. She sighed and flipped over into her back, curling her paws over her chest.

Witheredkit was thinking try to decide whether or not to play when she saw the mossball flying towards her she failed to duck and it hit her in the face. She picked it up and flung it at Fernkit,” This is revenge!” She squeaked playfully.

Fernkit laughed when the mossball hit Witherdkit’s face. But she didn’t notice her fling it back at her, and it hit Fernkit in one of her bright green eyes. “Aaaahh!!” She said dramatically, “I’m blind!” She collapsed to the ground, one white paw over her eye, in a very over dramatic fashion. Fernkit couldn’t stay serious a heartbeat longer and burst into laughter.
