Sparrowflight padded into the clearing, her orange and white fur shimmering in the warm sunlight as laid down in the sun-baked dirt. “Another peaceful day to just relax and watch the clan at ease.” The lean she-cat purred, her mind blurred with distant thoughts of chaos that had ensued only recently. She purred and rolled onto her back, stretching out her thin, flexible frame in the relaxing rays that warmed her soft underbelly.

Ebonypaw nodded, "I'll do better next time Singenight." He told him, his gaze filled with confidence. When the Savannah had crouched his eyes narrowed, sheathing his claws as he crouched as well, doing his best to copy his metor's battle stance. The tom pulled his front paws under his shoulders, wiggling his haunches as he prepared to pounced. His tail lashed behind him as he lunged forward, aiming for the tom's chest.

Singenight was more than ready. He wasn't used to an attack being announced, so now that he was announcing, he was completely prepared. He watched Ebonypaw's eyes as they flitted towards his chest. Eyes give away everything. He thought rather smuggly. He easily batted away the apprentice with his oversized paws and turned on him, bearing down on him with a series of quick blows to the stomach.

Rabbitpaw bounded out of the apprentices den, her light brown fur seeming silky and sleek in the sun as she padded out into the clearing 'I don't like those three, I don't approve of our new leader where's Dapplestar?...atleast training is still the same.' she thought as she looked around, her green eyes scanned the clearing until they landed on her mentor, sparrowflight. The brown molly smiled and bounded tward the warrior "Hi sparrowflight! what are we doing today?" she asked, stopping a few mouse-lengths away from the she cat, her small tail wagging behind her ' Some training should get my mind off of all of these awful events that's been happening.' she thought, shaking her head she looked back down at her mentor her green eyes shone with excitement, a small flicker of fear flashed before she smiled even wider " I hope you haven't forgotten that you've got an apprentice." she purred, twitching her nose as she awaited an answer.

Singenight stretched as he emerged from the nursery. He had just finished checking in his litter of kits and mate that now resided in the nursery. His mood was rather light and for once, not stressed, nor down hearted. He felt...good, for once in his life. It was a feeling the large Savannah normally felt, but he liked it. Sometimes he needed a break from ruthless killing and bloodshed, a time to remind the Clan apt hat he still had a heart, no matter how deep down it was hidden. He glanced around the clearing, his pale yellow gaze flitting around , landing for a nanosecond in each cat there. He knew some,if not most despised him, but there were a few that supported him, which was good.

Greenkit stopped playing with the moss ball and looked up at hareleap "can you promise me something can you try to help me find my parents and siblings sometime" he asked with hopeful pleading eyes

Hareleap blinked at the request, not expecting it. But he couldn't say no to those eyes. He nodded and gave his new apprentice a soft lick. "I promise."

His small ears twitched up, the outside world could wait. He was already starting to miss the warmth of his mothers fur. Wildkit was still too young to open his eyes, and too young to have mews that are actual sentences but he could understand Dovecloud beckoning him back. Two words stuck out in her mew, Littermates and adventurer. The striped kit stumbled over her paws then buried his muzzle in her chest fur.

Gorseleap padded out into the territory and flicked his tail, waiting for his apprentice to follow "Bramblepaw, instead of showing you around...how about we do some battle training?" he asked as he turned his green gaze upon bramblepaw, ' I have a feeling you're going to know these moves...very very soon.' he thought as he twitched his wiskers "let's start with one of the simplest battle tactics." he said and crouched down "what you wan tto do is crouch and try to knock your opponent off balance." he said "come at my, try it." he said and readied himself.

Ebonypaw struggled to get away but just managed. He nearly matched his mentor blow for blow, surprising himself. The tom started to grow tired so he made his move. Keeping his gaze on his mentor's paws he suddenly surged forward, crashing into Singenight. He gave him a shocked look, a smile on his face.

Singenight mainly ignored the blows, but muted that if this had been real, aebinyoaw would have clawed through his flesh as rapidly as he moved. The next moment he felt himself being forced off. As he tucked his head and front paws in, he struck out with his hind legs, aiming blow that would connect with Ebonypaws jaw. He then pulled his leg back in and finished rolling. Once he halted he sprang to his feet again. This time running forwards and launching himself under Ebonyoaw, where he raised his paws to drag along the apprentices belly. The same move he used to kill Rainsplash

Ebonypaw gave a snarl of pain as Singenight's hind legs connected with his jaw. He felt Singenight drag his paw against his belly and shivered slightly. He spun around to face him and struck out, slashing at Singenight's jaw with sheathed claws. His eyes narrowed and his ears went flat against his head as he couched down, bringing his front paws in front of him, covering his underside from his mentor.
