Sunpaw slunk into the camp, shoulders low, with a slippery carp clamped tight between her jaws. Catching sight of Mistlewhisker and Dawnstar through amber eyes, she reached them with a couple of swift bounds.
The ShadowClanner dropped the carp at Dawnstar´s paws. ´´Here you go,´´ Sunpaw murmured, stepping back to stand beside Mistlewhisker.
"same here except I'm much taller than most apprentices I hate it." she mewed.

Elderberry nodded "bet you can see farther then others with your high though" he meowed with a smile. "as my mother would have pointed out, size can make a great difference! ya just got to find the right way to use it!"
"Oh thanks then." she mewed with a smile. She didn't expect Mosquitokit to give any thin back but if he wanted to who was she to stop him?
She sat there wanting to say something so the conversation wouldn't end but she couldn't think of one thing. Then Mosquitokit spoke again.
"Thats fine and yeah for me it's easy. Unless I were to slip but I doubt that would happen." She mewed remembering when she almost slipped off the top branch. The thought made her fur stand up but she shook and her fur went back down.

Darkleaf always seemed so awkward around him, it put him on edge. His ears flickered. ”Fine”, the tom wasn't sure what more to say and he shuffled his paws. He liked Darkleaf for all her flaws, they were a constant. Ever present, but it wasn’t exactly a typical relationship. He didn’t look up to them on a pedestal.
Conversation came unsubtly for the usually charming tom. ”Got a frustrating apprentice, alongside an outsider who just joined. But I suppose you relate to the frustrating part.” His words tumbled out stiffly, he was wondering if his attempt at a joke would fall flat.
She let out a purr in response to Owlthroat's kind-of-maybe-joke-ish comment. "Indeed." Their tail flapped, entertained by the memory, "but maybe, the most frustrating apprentices make the most talented warriors, don't you think?" She commented, assuming Owlthroat's apprentice was similar to him. She'd be lying if she said she wasn't concerned for his new apprentice (and for him) - of course she trusted Owlthroat's skills, but she'd seen how Newtbelly behaves. Cold and callous (well less so towards Owlthroat). If only she'd been more lenient in his training, perhaps? That's what she always told herself, but she knew Owlthroat was self-motivated. Maybe it was in ShadowClan's nature to be such a way but... They could never help but worry. "I'm kind of envious, it's been moons since I've had an apprentice," it was true. In all the time that'd passed, they finally felt they could take on another. Sure it was scary, but she couldn't keep putting all her fears and dreams for the next gen into Owlthroat. He was just one cat. Plus it'd been moons since she'd trained him. Still, until she had someone else to focus on, she knew worries would take over her mind, and she'd find herself analysing his every move. "What're they like, anyway? Both of them?"
"Yeah but it gets kinda annoying when I'm running and smack my head on a tree branch." she mewed laughing. "Or when I'm hunting people say I stick out lick a sore paw. Your mom sounds really wise. My mom always told me that just cause I'm different isn't a bad thing." @Toya Todoroki

Pondpaw slunk into the clearing from inside the apprentices´ den, her jaws widening in a yawn. She needed to find Tuftedtusk and see if he´d take her hunting. Pondpaw´s leg had healed nicely, and she hadn´t limped for long. She had Mossfreckle to thank for that.
Examining the clearing through narrowed blue eyes, Pondpaw spotted her mentor and made her way over to him. ´´Tuftedtusk!´´ The former RiverClanner stopped beside the Enforcer. ´´Will you take me hunting? I´d like to contribute to the Clan, too, you know.´´
´´And before you say anything,´´ She added on quickly without giving Tuftedtusk the chance to answer. ´´My leg is fully healed, and I´ve had plenty of rest. I have Mossfreckle to thank for that. But, I´m not a kit, and I need to get back to training.´´
The grey molly yawned as she sat in the middle of the clearing, wrapping her feathery tail over her paws neatly. It was a pleasant evening, and she wanted to make the most of it. Even if it had been decided that she would never serve her clan in battle, there were other ways to be of use. Such as training her apprentices. Wispypaw already had training by the time she was assigned to Raspberryswirl, and the warrior was regretful that they hadn't worked together more often since then.
"Wispypaw!" she called gently, angled towards the apprentice's den. "Come on out, let's go hunting." She hadn't been in a while, and the cover of night would prove an interesting challenge. Of course, Wispypaw was blind so perhaps it would matter as much, but Raspberryswirl could still think of several ways in which it would make a difference.
