Foxkit sneaked out of the nursery to see what's going on, heepkit was gonna be apprentice the molly smiled. She sat down close to the nursery but near enough to be with the clan.

Hivesnarl shot a final hiss at Somethingflicker as the offending cat dragged one of the bodies out of camp with him, then turned to listen to Bumbles' announcement about reassignments and new apprentices. None for him, luckily. He could hardly endure being around these cats most of the day, let alone being responsible for one of them? Eugh. Hivesnarl was lots of things, but patient wasn't one of them. He glanced back up and noticed Bumbles seemed to be done with her announcement, so he headed towards the warriors den. His paws were aching.

Sparkleap didn't receive and apprentice which was fine, so they just smiled through the ceremony

Brambleberry, already having an apprentice, wasn't surprised when he didn't get another, as he was also pregnant

The dark lilac tabby continued... well, she didn't want to call it sulking, but that's what it was, sulking, at the mouth of the medicine den. Guilt clawed at her insides as she went from looking up at Bumblestar -- who.. hadn't spared her a glance since yelling her name -- to looking at her paws, watching as they kneaded the dirt and got caked with dust. Her ears were flattened against her head, trying to get her thrumming headache to die down. She couldn't handle the weird feelings associated with Bumblestar and this damn migraine. And so, she wasn't really paying attention, and got spooked when a little cat came up to touch her nose.

As the ceremonial nose boop happened, Violetfreckle managed to put the pieces together. New apprentice, she didn't know the kid's name. Fan-freaking-tastic. What a great start to this mentor-apprentice thing. Wait, she had an idea. Pretending to not be startled by the young cat's presence, Violetfreckle nodded, unable to gather the energy to purr right now.

"Hey, kiddo. I'm Violetfreckle. Before anything, you might hear some rumors that I'm from RiverClan. And yeah, they're true, but that doesn't make me any less loyal to ThunderClan, okay? And definitely doesn't make me any less dedicated to training you up to be the best warrior ThunderClan's ever seen." With a flick of her ears, she continued. "I hope you don't mind waiting til tomorrow to get a territory tour. The leg's still healing and I've got a pretty nasty headache." Stupid foxes.

Fleckpaw looked at Violet freckle and smiled, she noticed the she cat was injured, and she sat next to the former Riverclan cat. "Hm? Why does that matter! No matter how different you are Starclan will still accept you! I don't see judgment in other cats but that's ok!", she said proudly. Her determination getting the best of her as she sat near her new mentor, in a protective stance. "And yea! Let's train tomorrow! Im fine with that! Thanks for being my mentor!" she said happily.

Roseraven? The name was famaliar, but she just couldn't stick a face to it. Hetero blue-brown eyes flickering through the crowds of cats, she could only make out what she thought was Roseraven by a reddish-brown and white tabby pelt. Social anexity crept back up her spine as Lightningpaw bounded lightly towards 'Roseraven' (stars lets hope that was actually her) and gave the molly a warm smile. "I'm super glad to have you as my mentor, miss Rose! I promise to be the best apprentice there can be."

Roseraven was honestly quite surprised. She didn't know if it was good surprised or bad surprised yet. Why give the person known to her clanmates as the family destroyer and baby killer an apprentice? She supposed her recent patrol, if you could call it that, with Bumblestar had raised the leader's opinion of her.

Her blue eyes, often haunted by some nondescript darkness, shifted to the apprentice named Lightningpaw and softened. She remembered being this young. Honestly, what she couldn't remember was growing up, it happened so fast.

"I'm sure you will, Lightningpaw." she said benevolently. She was honestly more concerned about how she'd do as a mentor. She'd been in a few battles and could hunt okay, but still, she wasn't trained as a warrior, but rather a medicine cat.
