Oh the dark grey molly noticed the apprentice when he entered camp...alone. "Hmph." Hiddenflame snorted in disapproval before the tom slipped out of her view. Apprentices these days had it too easy! He left and came back to camp alone! Where was his mentor! Gah the molly wanted to rip one into these mouse-brained warriors and their dimwitted apprentices.

A scowl inched onto her rough features as the elder looked around some more, only if she was youn- Ice cold droplets were flung onto her short pelt, chilling her to the bone. Yowling and eyes wide Hiddenflame jumped up and hissed in the general direction where the water came from. Once her dark yellow eyes found their target the she-cat was ready to spit some venom. "YOU!" OF COURSE IT HAD TO BE A PEA-BRAINED APPRENTICE AND THE DRENCHED ONE AT THAT! "FIRST OF ALL WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE LEAVING CAMP WITHOUT A WARRIOR? HUH? Don't you dare try to lie to me you little vermin because I know for a fact that Thunderclan territory doesn't have pools of water." OOOOO she was ready to sink her fangs in this tom! "Secondly, shake your wet self far away from others! What are you, blind?" Now the scowl was etched into her face with her invisible eyebrows brought to an angry position. Who was his mentor! I should really knock him around a bit! Maybe that will give him a few brain cells!

Fawnpaw winced as the elder unleashed herself and paused. "My mentor asked me to hunt for the elders", he said quietly, shuffling his paws where a damp shrew could be seen behind him.

"I got distracted and tried to fish in the stream in Thunderclans Terrritory", he added meekly. Picking up the shrew carefully in his jaw he said "Your and Elder, would you like the shrew, I know its a little soggy, I can get you another one and lay this in the sun to dry instead?", he said.

Licking his now-damp fur down swiftly he added apologetically "I'm sorry I shook out my pelt around you, I didn't see you and I probably should've done it outside of camp"

He couldn’t understand why this cat had decided to bother him but it was interesting to say the least. He felt his cheeks heat up in embarrassment before clearing his throat. “I’m not here to be nice, I’m here to heal my idiot clan mates.” He growled. He was kinda embarrassed by his laugh, a deep gravelly sound that wasn’t always present to the ears. It was his own fault. He never laughed, so his laugh was unused, out of practice, obsolete.

Ahh, soon she’d be out of the den and out of his fur. He nodded at her bravery and set to knawing at the knot until it came out in a ball. Scraping it into the trash hole he spit out the leftover fur. He hated the taste of fur. “That should be the last of em’” He growled turning away. This should be the end of her visit and he wasn’t prone to small talk. He hunched over some dried herbs, trying to figure out if he could guess what each one was. There wasn’t much else to do.

“There’s that laugh! You should use it more often. Seems a bit out of practice don’t cha think?” she smiled faintly feeling quite proud of herself. If she knew anything about old Sunhowl is that he needed to laugh some more. Enjoy life and it’s little treasures while he had the chance. Would she commit to helping him do that? A smile crept into the corners of her lips. Yes. Yes she would.

Bunny purses her lips together a smug expression bleeding onto her features. “Mmmm... I think you are also here to heal those nasty emotional booboos too. I mean.. traditionally speaking. Healing the soul is also a good way to heal the body” she smiled giving her shoulders a smug shake.

“Well well well thank you doc! I look great don’t you think?” she looked down craning her neck to get a better look at her missing patch of fur. She let out a giggle looking back over at sun who seemed to have sulked his way into a corner. ”i think this is a wonderful new style don’t you think?” she grinned attempting to egg another response from him.

Sunhowl whipped around and looked at Bunnyhop incredulously. She was teasing him wasn’t she? Just making fun of him? Why? He hadn’t even... oh... his laugh... it really was terrible wasn’t it. His laugh was just the bane of his existence. He growled a bit before the tail flicking bagan and he carried on with his mindless work.

Sunhowl nodded, “You’re right. Do you have emotional scars?” he asked turning to Bunnyhop with a sarcastic face on. Obviously, not. Weird idiot cat who is harassing him.

Sunhowl turned twords her and looked her up and down. It... wasn’t all that bad. He didn’t notice it. He noticed her eyes, that seemed to sparkle in the dimly lit den. Her smile... jeez it made him want to smile.

He did not like this cat. They were gonna change him and he didn’t want to change. He wanted to stay exactly the same. He was fine the way he was and he didn’t want this. He didn’t want to be the story you told to you kits before they go to bed. “If you don’t need anything else, leave.” He growled and turned back to his work.

Milkkit opened up his bright eyes as he woke up from a nap. Turning around and shaking the loose moss from his fur he sat up looking for another kit to play with, his eyes landing on Riverkit. "Hiya", he called over tentavily to the other kit "wanna play?''.
