Foxdusk nodded at Birdpaw, "Yes! Thank you Birdpaw" They shouted, it was a very spectacular and exciting day! Flickerpaw, Fawnpaw, Stormpaw, they thought. One of Birdpaw's friends is the medicine cat? Boy am I in for a treat!, Foxdusk thought. "Wow, one of your friends is the medicine cat! That's cool! Unfortunately, I haven't seen Fawnpaw in a couple days. Maybe she's on an adventure! Looking for new herbs!" Hopefully Pikestar would address that at this current meeting. Along with many other things.

Then Birdpaw spoke about Gingerfrost, a shield that Foxdusk didn't personally know. But they saw them around from time to time. Foxdusk looked down when Birdpaw spoke about how all of her other friends were missing, "Yeah.. I feel you.. My sibling Beestream went missing for a few moons.. So.. We have a lot in common Birdpaw.." They spoke to Birdpaw.. This cat was so nice.. But it seemed like they went through some really hard things..

Foxdusk froze when Birdpaw told them that Pikestar was her dad. BIRDPAW? THEY WERE TALKING TO THE LEADER'S DAUGHTER?? NO WAY!!! WOW!!! WOWZA!!!! THIS WAS JUST GOING TO BE THE GREATEST DAY IN HISTORY!!!! WOW!!!!

Foxdusk heard footsteps trotting towards them, it was Beastgrowl. The warrior who made that commotion the other day. Beastgrowl might also be friends with Birdpaw, Foxdusk thought. "Hello Beastie! I'm Foxie! Hey! Let's be friends! Shall we?" Foxdusk spoke, another new friend hopefully! YAY!!! Everyone seemed to be approaching them and Birdpaw!

Right, a meeting. He had been looking forward to this one for quite a while since after Slatewhisker's death RIverclan had been left without a deputy, and a second-in-command was important in that case something would happen to Pikestar.

He swiftly trotted over to where the other cats were gathering. Blue eyes stopping to look over the crowd, noticing the tabby pelt of his sister. Though he made no move to sit near her, he found he presence slightly comforting nonetheless.

They instead choose to sit at the front of the crowd. A rather unpleasant look was on their face, serving as a wall between themself and their clanmates. They were here for the meeting, not to make idle conversation.

Worry and apprehension could be felt throughout the crowd, and though he didn't resonate with the first part, he understood it. Meetings had become nothing but announcements of deaths, and it made you wonder just who is next. Still the apprentice had high hopes for this one. Would their new deputy finally be announced? All in all that was a rather sore topic, as the boy would've loved to have a place in the running. He still tried to find it exciting for the others sake, even if it was difficult.

Fishkit sauntered out of the nursery and over to the Streamstone. 'It's finally time' he thought to himself. Today he'd finally be an apprentice! Or so he hoped, he and his siblings had been waiting quite a while and he remembered his brief conversation with Pidgeonkit about how long the whole thing was taking. He stopped at the edge of the gathering cats in order to not have to be too close to any of them and sat down. Finally, he'd be out of the nursery with all those noisy kits
