He took another bite of his frog as Kiwipaw screeched to a halt beside him. She stopped so fast, he noticed she had to catch herself from falling right on her muzzle. He stiffled a giggle and smiled. Kiwipaw nodded, fast. "Oh, it was! My mentor was fine, but afterwards, I had to walk back with a fox-heart of a friend, Raventuft! It was annoying, in short! " Kiwipaw concluded (Raventuft is not to be confused with Ravenfrost). She squished her tail around, and took a large bite out of her vole. She swallowed and said. "Sorry if I come off rude, but why haven't they given you a mentor yet?" She asked curiously. She stopped her tail-swishing for a moment, waiting for a reply.

Daturapaw just glared at the ground in silence for quite a while but still listening to flamingpaw. The Molly huffed and flared her nostrils after she finished, still refusing to speak as the hiccup like sounds vanished to the point where only sniffles remained "D-Daturapaw....." she answered with a flick of her left ear " .....y-yours?" she asked .

When I left you and Berrypaw I got attacked by another cat, Flaconflight, from RiverClan I think. He got me on my side, throat exposed. I told him I was willing to die that day, but he better remember StarClan would be frowing upon him for it." He swiped his tongue around his jaws, as his prey was gone, and looked at her. "How was Berrypaw? Did you find her mentor?"

Kiwipaw shook her head. "Interesting. But no, we didn't find Berrypaw's mentor. We tried to start to look for him, but surprisingly the battle ended before we could!" She mrrowed with amusement. " But I do hope that Berrypaw got home okay. I would hate to think she got... " Kiwipaw shook her head to rid herself of the gory thought. Instead, she began to fidget and knead her paws in the dirt again, rubbing and running the soft earth, waiting for a distant reply.

He walked over to the boulder, climbing up on it in a single bound. He laid down on his side forelegs and back legs stretched out. He closed his eyes, and started to purr in comfort.

Kiwipaw bounced energetically through the woods, running at too speed, definitely scaring away all possible prey, but she didn't care. "Nightsky! Heeeeellllllooooo?!" She called out, her voice echoing around the training grounds. She sat down patiently and waited for her mentor. Claws darting in, out. In, out. Fidget, fidget. Fidget, fidget. Kiwipaw was struggling to stay still, and hoped her mentor would arrive soon.

Kiwipaw scampered up after him, and landed on the boulder with awe. It's so big up here!, She thought in wonder. And so warm. She looked at Cascadepaw, and lay down beside him, basking in the warm.

Nightsky muttered something under her breath and then turned to her apprentice. "Hello, Kiwipaw." She sighed. She thought about what she should do today but she wanted to let kiwipaw pick. " What do you want to do?" She asked.
