Elkkit lay broodingly in his best, half hidding from the dummies in the nursery as he glared at the mossy wall before covering both his ears and attempting to sleep. He was tired and the calm was nice.

Bearkit flopped down in the middle of the nursery. Yes, it was late and he should be sleeping. But he was tired of sleeping! It’s all he seemed to be allowed to do. Well, that and chase insects every once in a while. But yesterday he got yelled at for chasing a moth! He didn’t mean to wander into another den, it just sort of happened…
He heaved a huge sigh. There just wasn’t anything exciting to do. He really felt like he’d done it all. He’d gone around the camp and seen everything already.

Blossomflight had been blissfully lost in thought when she saw Bearkit sitting in the middle of the nursery. She silently padded over to him, and sat. "Are you ok honey?" The molly whispered, giving Bearkit's head a lick. She didn't like seeing the dreary look on his face. It was... sad. Sad to see her son upset and bored.
