Shiver freezes up when Bill does this, he doesn't struggle, he just seems frozen.

Shiver still doesn't struggle, he barely moves at all. Not dead or unconscious, just not moving.

Seeing as Shiver is still not moving, he closes his hand tighter around his neck, the flame on his hand becoming intenser(not a word probably but idc).

Dipper seems to recognize the smile but doesn't say anything.
Shiver kicks Bill's back from above, knocking Bill to the ground. Shiver's hands turn into claws like Vee's and he rips into Bill's chest, neck, and stomach. Vee sees this, "Aw come on, he's using my move.." Vee gets up and starts to go outside. (Okay this. Is a bad equation, insane Bill and Shiver, Mega injured Vee going to attack insane Shiver. U H . This is equation equals, DISASTER.)
