Amberpaw wasn't really sure if she needed a new mentor. Sure, technically she hadn't had one in months, but she was absolutely terrified of getting another that left her behind. And she was almost a warrior anyways.
Despite everything, she felt her body step forward. Like it was out of her control. Even if she never spoke to this mentor, even ever. She wanted another. Just so anyone could say they were proud of her when she became a warrior. Anyone at all was better then the nothing she'd had since she joined Riverclan, loyal as she would always be.

I felt falling and Alone. I'd never grow old and decided. It wasn’t time to go.
As the ship roared past, I stayed. As I had come. Lost. Alone. Empty.
Somewhere. Something. Had brought me here. But what?

Mintpaw knew this was the moment she had expected for a long time. Fawnleap had given up on the clan life, so now she really needed another mentor.
Quietly, she stepped forward and sat down beside the other apprentices in front of the Streamstone, as Pikestar waited patiently studying every one of them.
She turned back for a moment and her eyes caught those of Slatestripe. The dark warrior's amber gaze was fixed on her with an inquisitive look, probably wondering what had happened between her and her mentor. He would probably think that she hadn't gotten well along with her, that it hadn't worked out. She wondered if Autumnpaw was still present in her trainings with Slatestripe, and a flicker of hope sparked from the thought.
CInderpaw poked her head out of the apprentice den and skiddled over to the meeting she walked up into the front* need a mentor to at least finish my training im so close!* she thought

She swiveled her ear at the sound of Pikestar asking for apprentices who need new mentors. Well, she should probably go up there, Echoblue was going to move into the nursery...
The little she-cat inched closer until she was just within his sight, but she didn't stick out. Dappledpaw hoped her new mentor would be a good one, she didn't want a mean cat to be her mentor...

She looked around for Owleyes, He was usually too busy for her, they hadnt talked in a while and she didnt want to be rude but she felt like she needed a new mentor. She rapidly looked around before making a small sigh and slowly walking up to meet a few other apprentices who probably had similar thoughts about their mentors. She hoped she'd get a nice mentor, one who could encourage her all the time. And one who had more emotion in his or her voice. She glanced around, who did she want to be an apprentice to? She'd be lucky to be assigned to a cat like Gingerfrost or Otterfluff, but if any cat here was nice she would gladly take them as a mentor. She wanted to learn battle training so bad. And she still hadnt taken her tour yet! Hopefully her new mentor would take her tour first thing
[Sorry @/SplashyLumi!! I just felt like it was necessary! I dont mean to be rude in any way, shape, or form.]
Fogcloud called out for the new apprentices, making sure to call out Rowanpaw the loudest. Though went silent when apprentices who need reassignment was needed. Tail flicking as they hoped they might get assigned one.
Cicadapaw nervously dug their claws into ground, while they enjoyed Mothdusk they hadn’t been taken out at all. Her tail flicked nervously before stepping forward to hopefully get a new mentor.

The tom watched as many apprentices stepped up to have a mentor reassignment, it was a bit sad really, so many cats were going missing and or turning up dead, both warriors and apprentices. His mind flicked to his dads, they had both chosen to leave Riverclan for the life of loners, I hope Baysplash and Herongaze are okay.. his gaze shifted down to the grey tabby at his side, both were Kestrelpaws birth parents, he wondered if she felt worried about them too or if she was just mad they had gone, similar to how Fennelcall guessed Larkpaw felt.
-Kestrelpaw-
She flicked her tail back and forth. Owleyes hadn't trained her yet, so maybe she ought to go up. With all the deaths and missing cats, it was appalling how many apprentices needed reassignment. She looked up at Fennelcall, suddenly remembering her parents. She scowled. They were spineless. She didn't miss them, since she never knew them, but Fennelcall did. She should ask him later.
Saying goodbye to her brother, she walked up to the Streamstone to wait for reassignment.
With the loud exhilarating chant of RiverClan’s newest apprentices filling the air, Pikestar felt his chest swell with pride. It had felt like ages since the clan had any positive occurrences within its borders. They knew it was only temporary happiness, but it was important to live in the moment while they could afford to. Perhaps if he tried harder to be better, happier, more positive, then things would stop being so dreary and depressing around here. From what the oriental tomcat could see from atop the Streamstone, all the new apprentices were with their mentors and things were going well, for the most part. Though, as his partial gaze swept through the crowd, he caught a few frowns and disappointed expressions on an apprentice or two, which confused Pikestar slightly. Did they think he had forgotten them? Because he surely had not. The tall RiverClan leader had just wanted to get the new apprentice ceremonies out of the way before handling any reassignments. Simple as that.
Once things eventually started to calm down, the long-furred tomcat continued without further ado. “Now that we’ve all welcomed these new apprentices into our ranks, the next important thing to discuss at this meeting shall be reassignments.” There was a slight pause where the large tom let himself show a bit of disappointment, hating having to deal with lazy, incompetent mentors that he had trusted to do well to train the youths of RiverClan. But of course, not everything could be perfect in that regard, now could it? Pikestar uttered a lowly bothered sigh and shook his head. “This goes out to all apprentices of RiverClan! If you have not received any training from your current mentors, or believe that you need a new mentor regardless, please step forward and I will assign you a new one.” He called out, his whiskers twitching aimlessly as he waited for any of them to gather at the base of the Streamstone. Bluebellpaw was one that stuck out in Pikestar’s mind that needed a brand new mentor, now that Bluebellcrackle was gone, but he knew that there were many others that needed reassignments too. He’d take care of it. Pikestar knew he wasn't the most perfect leader, but he wanted to do his best to leave no cat behind. It was about time he started doing more for his clan.
( Apprentices who require a new mentor, please step forward and mention me in your post so I can make sure to give your cat a reassignment. If you have not specified a certain cat you want for a new mentor in RiverClan Resources, then I will make the decision myself. Just letting everyone know before I continue this meeting. )
The tom rushed forward as he realized he did need a new mentor, doing his best to keep his beating heart down. He reached the area he figured where he should be and looked up to Pikestar, feeling his breath catch for a moment in anxiety, but slowly calmed himself down, taking deep breaths that were hopefully shown as trying to calm excitement more than anxiety.

Antlerstreak’s eyes scouted the gathering of cats as he tried to pick out any familiar pelts, of a cat he knew and was friends with, perhaps, but no-one stuck out to him. Antlerstreak was slightly saddened by the revelation that he hadn’t any friends, but it was what it was.
His tawny fur whipped back and forth as Antlerstreak curled his tail around himself, trying to keep as much warmth as possible. It wasn’t too horribly cold, but it was chilly, and Antlerstreak’s fur wasn’t the thickest in the world.
As Pikestar spoke, Antlerstreak let himself give a small smile, RiverClan was back to normal under Pikestar, a cat who he didn’t doubt would see his duty through until the very end. After all of the trouble that RiverClan had gone through, it was back, and it was a formidable clan to make an enemy of once more.
Antlerstreak breathed out softly through his nose, and collapsed his body into a loaf position, his belly fur cushioning him from the ground. His eyes were half-closed as he waited for Pikestar to go on with the meeting, his mind wandering to far off worlds.
