Moriarty then looked down and saw—finally—that the small branches had fallen on Sherlock. His head lurched forward and he covered his mouth in a silenced laugh. He said nothing more and grabbed a leaf.

Sherlock started to snore. He was sleeping peacefully for once. He had a small smile on, and stayed asleep.

Moriarty had very nearly started to doze off when lightning struck in the distance, thunder following, and he screamed and fell out of the tree, bumping his head on the ground but not going out unconscious, although he was dazed. He got up and dizzily walked around before falling over forward again, somewhere that was a little nearby a bush. He then just stayed there until he wasn’t dizzy anymore.

"Moriarty? You okay?" Sherlock crawled over to him, and put a hand on him. He checked for any injury, and hoped he was okay. He felt his leg in pain, held it, and took deep breaths to relive the pain. Oh, it hurt so much... He held his leg in pain.

Moriarty didn’t notice Sherlock until a few minutes later, when he wasn’t dizzy anymore. “Huh? Wha? Oh. I-I’m fine...I think?” Moriarty very clearly didn’t notice Sherlock’s hand was on him, but his head hurt a bit. “My head hurts a little bit but otherwise I’m fine.” He poked his *own* head and flinched a bit, wincing slightly.

Moriarty looked at Sherlock, worry and concern in his eyes. He could tell Sherlock was holding tears back, but didn’t want to mention it so he wouldn’t get yelled at. About and average of maybe 40 seconds later, very quickly, Moriarty hugged Sherlock, making sure to hide his face because it was a bit red. “Don’t let it hurt you...try....try to ignore it......I’m sorry for what I did to- to your leg-...” At the end of his sentence, Moriarty’s voice broke up a bit.

Moriarty slightly blushed. “..But I-....” Moriarty stared at Sherlock, unknowing of what to say. Tears stained his cheeks.
