Outsiders must speak to Maplestar or Mallowskip if they wish to join the Clan.
Maplestar or Mallowskip will assess the cat to see if they are fit for Clan life. If so, she will allow them to join the Clan. They will undergo the same six moons of Training that apprentices do before giving them a final assessment.
If the outsider is expecting or is a kit, she will allow them to stay until they are fit. If the outsider wishes to join, she will allow them to do so. Expecting or Nursing queens will not have to undergo training until the kits are old enough to become apprentices.

Kit to Apprentice
Kits must have existed for one week in real time to qualify for a ceremony.
You should have at least ten [10] roleplay posts made with that kit.
The character should not have recently been punished by a high rank, or have been caught in roleplay doing something that violates the Warrior Code or Roleplay Guidelines (that is punishable by a high rank).
Apprentice to Warrior
Apprentices should have existed as an apprentice for at least two weeks real life time to qualify for a warrior ceremony.
You will need at least fifty [50] roleplay posts made with that apprentice.
Apprentices need at least three instances of training experience that include the company of a warrior. The warrior does not have to be their mentor.
The required experiences Include:
1 Battle Training Session
1 Hunting Session
1 Climbing Session
1 Patrol
1 Clan meeting
For the Clan meeting, Gatherings, and Patrols They must have at least Three posts for it to count.

When applying for a ceremony, these should be linked in your form for reference. This is to prevent characters from becoming warriors without having any actual form of training! You are responsible for organizing your own training sessions, but you may be placed on a patrol at a high rank's discretion. To make it easier, you should make a training tracker, so we can see where the character did what requirement.
Apprentices are required to complete a final assessment with a warrior once they have met the minimum training experiences.
The character should not have recently been punished by a high rank, or have been caught in roleplay doing something that violates the Warrior Code or Roleplay Guidelines (that is punishable by a high rank.)
Characters who have not made these qualifications by the age of 20 moons will have their place in the Clan be reassessed by Maplestar to see if they are fit for Clan life. If they have been found to be not, Maplestar will do her best for that character to Remain in the Clan.
Warrior to Elder
You will need at least two hundred [200] posts with the character as a warrior.
If they are eighty moons or older, they will qualify to become an elder due to old age. Prior to this, they will need a valid reason to retire, such as a health condition. This condition will need to be verified by a medicine cat, and Maplestar will listen to their advice on the matter.
Anyone Else to Elder
Outsiders may join as elders if they are deemed worthy. A way for this to happen is if the outsider has helped the clan in the past.

Ceremonies will be performed during Clan meetings every month or so, and your character is expected to attend and participate when they're called up. You have 24 hours for a response before Maplestar will be moving on. A lack of attendance will result in the ceremony not being done for that meeting, and your character may be punished or marked as missing.

Queens who give birth and kits who are born will be announced in the order in which they are applied through the form below. If a kit is missing or has not been roleplayed by the time the announcement is made it will not be included and will be considered as a stillborn.
Deaths
All deaths need to be roleplayed out in order to be announced. This is to prevent any 'off screen' deaths that didn't actually happen. When applying below your character, please include their death post.

Sweeps
If you couldn't tell by now, I am very into SpringClan. With that being said, it needs to be active. My dream is for it to become a category, so it needs ACTIVE MEMBERS.
So, I am adding sweeps so inactive cats don't stay on the allegiances.
Sweeps happen on the 2nd of each month. If you get a notification that your cat is missing, follow the instructions stated in the VM.
Another thing I am going to do to help earn a category is a limit. I am limiting 5 characters per user. Same as main rp. I think it is a good limit because if you like a lot, it is pretty high, but also ensures you are not role-playing 12 characters at once.
