applying doesn't guarantee that i will draw your character/request & please don't bump your form - i create the art that i feel like creating at that moment, so that means i'll probably do it out of order or may skip forms.

 

what you can do with my art:
use it as your wco icon, signature, or on a character site page. you must credit me, though! the credit should at least be my username (dipper) with a link to my profile preferably.

what you can't do with my art:
repost it anywhere. i don't care if it's credited or not, you may not repost under any circumstances.
claim it as your own.
use it on a site that is not wco (exception: character sites that are for wco).

3 basic traits: as in personality? He’s kinda bipolar actually. With cats he knows and cares for he is the perfect example of a great big brother and great friend. But by himself, around cats he doesn’t know, and a few he does, he’s practically a monster. He’d kill another cat in one of his “hunts” without a second thought of.
