A… Camping Trip? [Mini Event Finder]

Hey! Shadowfur has received permission from Dawnstar to take a few apprentices out on a camping trip. Mirehound will be joining for extra assistance. Everyone will be spending two days and two nights out in the wilderness. The apprentices will be responsible for figuring everything out for themselves, with minimal input from Shadowfur and Mirehound. They will intervene in emergencies or in cases where the apprentices lack the skills necessary to overcome a problem.

At times, Shadowfur may introduce handicaps or special circumstances to make the experience more challenging. Ultimately, this experience aims to help apprentices learn to appreciate the benefits Clan life offers, as well as to expose them to the harsh realities of life in the wilderness. Once this mini event is over, each apprentice must report to Dawnstar with a report about what they learned/gained from this experience.

To participate, an apprentice MUST have completed at least one hunting and one battle training session. In addition, the approval of their mentor must be gained; Shadowfur will likely request this off-screen (AKA Cherry will send a VM).

For the sake of Shadow and Mire’s hides, we are going to respectfully request that all participants refrain from getting lost, dying, and/or obtaining moderate to severe injuries. Minor scratches/bumps are okay. Apprentices who act too recklessly or stupidly may be dismissed from the event.

Shadow and Mire will be taking a minimum of two apprentices and a maximum of four out on this excursion. In the event more than four applications are received, they may be either taken first-come first-serve or based on who I think would make a solid group.
